HawkMoth's Plans

-Narator P.O.V-
HawkMoth, also Gabriel Agreste, is one of the most prestigious heroes, or so it seems. Even though he does save some people on the street, he plans something devious. No one, not even his son knows of his plans. With his money from being a very successful fashion designer, he buys parts to make a machine, so deadly it could destroy Earth. He's desperate for his wife back, and this machine may be able to track his wife. He doesn't care the possibly it could destroy the planet, if it's a chance, he wants to take it. He has everyone, even the schools fooled that he's some selfless hero that would do anything for people's safety and satisfaction to the innocent. That is the hero's code after all. Gabriel couldn't care less of the code, if he couldn't find her, what mattered to him anyway?
Gabriel walked into his secret laboratory, putting some parts together in the machine. He was still missing many parts, it might even take him a month to get the machine running, especially since he has tons of new clothing designs to finish. He also has to keep HawkMoth's hero reputation going.
Suddenly he got a call. He picked it up, it was Adrien, his son. "Adrien, I'm quite busy, what do you need?" He asked sternly.
"Well I'm going out with a friend tonight, I just wanted to let you know in case you call my dorm or anything." Adrien said.
"Which friend?" Gabriel asked.
"I just met her, her names Mari." He said.
"Okay, I have to go now Adrien." Gabriel tried to get this going. Gabriel's relationship with Adrien wasn't strong, and even though as Chat Noir, a top student, Gabriel never really showed signs that he was ever proud.
"Okay father." Adrien said, and Gabriel disconnected the call.
Gabriel got back to working on blueprints for his machine.
