In case you don't know the fusion dance is from Dragon Ball Z. As you can see you have to do a certain dance and if done correctly then you fuse with the person you're doing the dance with. If done incorrectly then the fusion will not work or it won't look right. The fusion could come out looking obese or very skinny(not in a healthy way either).
Anyway this does make sense but we all know that this didn't happen...
This is still pretty cute though...
