Chapter 5...

Christo's POV

Another day! Another day filled with endless questions from my employees. Questions I know they would definitely have the answer to if they just take a minute to find it. Another day filled with endless meetings. Christos hated the fact that he hadn't spent time with his family for the longest time. His mother kept telling him that he works too much, but he needed it. There was this void inside of him that needed to be filled. He didn't know with what, but he just didn't want to feel it again. 

"Good morning, sir"

"What do you want?" Christos replied dismissively. He takes comfort in his alone time and doesn't like being disturbed. And his employees are fully aware of that fact. So, he wondered, who on earth felt it was necessary to greet him.

"I am your new PA. And I was wondering if there is anything you would like me to do for you." the voice said hesitantly.

He turns around and looks. He couldn't believe it. Meecasa? What was she doing here? Why was she here? Wait, she mentioned something about being my PA? Ha! Leave it to Larry eh? How is this going to work? He needed a PA and it was too late to start looking for another one. He couldn't lay her off, on what basis?  His unexplained attraction to her?? 

"Hmm, my PA eh? You don't look as though you are cut out for the work at hand." He knew it was a lie. He had a feeling she was more than capable but he wanted to test her. He wanted to push her to limit. 

"I am, sir." Meecasa replied confidently. "Just tell me whatever it is you need me to do and I'll have it done yesterday."

"Hmm.... okay. You may leave now. Talk to the woman down the hall. She'll help you get sorted out."

What was wrong with him? Meecasa found it so difficult to reconcile the man she met today with the man that saved her that night. They seemed like two different people. She actually thought he would be at least happy to have her around but maybe not. She didn't blame him though. She was at her worst. She was drunk and sloppy, of course he would think she wasn't capable to handle the work thrown at her. But she was determined to prove him wrong. Prove everyone wrong, especially her mother! That woman just knew how to hit a whole other nerve but Meecasa was determined. 

"Hello Miss...?" 

"Remdea. You must be Meecasa, Mr Strato's new PA. I already have your access cards, login information and computer station set up. All of Mr Strato's email would be directed straight to yours. It is your job to ensure he attends to what you feel would be the most important to him. You can't mess this up. His last PA had so much going on in his personal life that he started to mix things up. Let's just say, Mr Strato wasn't at all impressed and that is why you are here. Do you understand?"

"Uhh... yes, I do! I understand." Meecasa replied. 

"Okay great! Get to work!" Remdea instructed.
