“So, what is your name?” he asked.

Saya looked away as in deep thought about what her name was.

“I,I Don’t know my name.”

He looked over at her confused face.

“Oh yeah! I forgot. I’m sorry.”

She gave him a look of forgiveness.

“Well, my name is Danny Corraini.”

She smiled.

“Nice to meet you Danny.”

She reached her hand out to him.

“Nice to meet you too,  Saya.”

He realized she was freezing cold.

“Oh my gosh. You’re chilled to the bone. Let’s head to my place.”

She looked embarrassed.

“Ok. That sounds good.”

He smiled.

“Don’t be embarrassed. I’ll take care of you.”

She looked at him in surprise.

“How can someone I just met be so sweet? What is this feeling?” Saya thought.

As they both stood up, she got dizzy and fell back over. Danny caught her in his arms.

“Are you ok?” He asked, shocked.

“I-I’m fine,” she blushed.

“No, it’s ok. I’ll carry you.”

Before she could get another word out, Danny picked her up.

“I-I’m sorry if I’m too heavy,” she looked away from embarrassment.

“You’re perfectly fine. You are practically weightless.”

He looked into her eyes. Saya turned her head towards his. They gazed deeply into each other’s eyes. Danny leaned in closer and closer. Saya did the same. Just then, she got a memory back.

“Saya!” Jeremiah yelled.

“Saya! I need to tell you something! Don’t leave!”

Saya looked at Jeremiah with pleading eyes.

“Jeremiah!”

The strange men wouldn’t let go of her.

“Let her go!”

Jeremiah pleaded to the three men dragging her away.

“Jeremiah! I’ll be back! I will!”

She saw a tear form in Jeremiah’s eye.

“Saya. I…..” Then she was dragged away.
