XVIII - Run

Lily's p.o.v

I stood quietly in the hallway as I looked at my surroundings. "Yes she is, keep an eye on her I have something that I need to take care of." Ruki said as he walked away leaving me alone with the other three males.

"Since you're going to be living with us we should introduce ourselves. I'm Kou Mukami the second oldest~" The guy with blonde hair said in a cheerful tone.

"I'm Yuma the third eldest," the other male eith messy brown hair said as he looked down at me. He was definitely a lot taller than I was.

"I'm....Azusa Mukami...the youngest," the last one said slowly.

I recognized Azusa as the guy from school but that was it. The blonde looked familiar but I don't believe I've met him before.

Nodding as I looked at them I turned to the door. "Well I'm going to go on a walk." I said as I put me hand on the doorknob but I my wrist was pulled back.

"Sorry Kitten but you can't go out right now~ Ruki asked that we watch you for a bit." Kou said as he pulled me closer to him. I blushed a bit and pulled away.

"I can do what I want," I mumbled as I walked to the door and opened it before bolting outside.

I wasn't able to make it very far out though because Yuma had picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. "Wow you're pretty light for someone your age." Yuma said more to himself then anyone else.

"Hey put me down," I said as I started to struggle. "No, you'll just run again." He said as he carried me back inside of the mansion I was expecting him to put me back down but he didn't.

Instead he started to walk up the stairs. "Can you put me down now?" I asked, I had given up on trying to struggle against him.

"No," he said plainly as he stopped infront of a room and knocked on the door.

After a minute we heard a sigh and a small 'come in'. Recognizing the voice I realized two things. One, that it was Ruki. And two, I was introuble.

Yuma opened the door and put me down before he looked at Ruki. "This one doesn't like to listen and she tried to run away." Yuma said as he glanced down at me.

"Okay. Go ahead and go back to what you were doing I'll take care of her." Ruki said Yuma nodded as he left the room and closed the door behind him.

Ruki closed the book that was in his hand befire he walked over to me with a calm expression.

"Why were you trying to leave?" He asked in a cool tone. "Well, I wanted to go for a walk and I kind of need to get back and stuff." I said as I looked up at him.

"Such a troublesome woman, you won't being going back. You're staying here." He said before he grabbed my wrist and pulled me closer to him.

Before I was able to say anything a felt him bite harshly into my neck. I bit my lip so that I wouldn't make any noise but I still let out a soft whimper.

I felt my legs lose their strength as I held onto Ruki with him being my only support. After a minute I closed my eyes softly as I felt my consciousness slip away.

Ruki's p.o.v

I pulled away from Lily and looked at her now sleeping face. 'She passed out rather quickly'. I thought as I picked her limp body up and laid her on my bed.

Once I set her down I went back over to the other side of my room and picked up the book I was reading before her and Yuma came in.

As I continued to read I heard small whimpers coming from the other side of the room where Lily was; looking up from my book I saw Lily.

Her face was contorted in discomfort. As she gripped onto the sheets of the bed tightly with a small stream of tears runnning down her face.

Walking over to her I looked down at her before I brushed a strand of her hair out of her face which caused her to flinch.

"Stop...let her...go." Lily mumbled in her sleep. "What is she dreaming about?" I asked quietly as I looked down at her pained state. She must be having a really bad nightmare.
