XXIV - Love

Reiji's p.o.v

We all stood in silence for a moment until I turned and looked at Ruki. "What did you do?" I asked knowing he had something to do with Lily's amnesia.

"I didn't do anything. She stepped back and tripped on a tree root and when she feel back she hit her head on a rock then passed out." Ruki said as he crosses his arms. I sighed before shaking my head and turning to my father.

"Why would you let her go with that demon?" I asked my father and he looked at me. "Due to her amnesia being around those she doesn't know will make her close off and therefore make it harder to regain her memories." He replied. "I have some business I need to take care of so watch over things here." My father said as he left the room. Eventually the Mukami's and the Tsukinami's left leaving me and my brothers.

"Come on Yui I can't take this atmosphere," Ayato said as he walked out of the room with Yui. Ayato must have been serious since he only uses her real name occasionally.

Shu and Subaru had already left. And Laito went to his room.

Lily's p.o.v

We pulled apart and I looked into Lindo's eyes. "Your lips are so sweet," he whispers and he change positions and pushed my on the couch so I was laying down with him on top. "L-lindo?" I asked a bit confused. But he put his finger up to my lips and shushed me. "I finally have you away from them, just let me enjoy you." He said as he trailed little kisses from my jaw to my neck. I let out a small whimper as I squirmed under him a bit.

I then felt a sharp pain in my neck and I yelped. "Lindo-stop," I said as I tried to push him off me. I then felt his tounge run over my neck and he hummed. "No matter they wanted to keep you for themselves, your blood is so sweet." He said with a smirk as he stared into my eyes.

Tears pricked at the corners of my eyes, it hurt. He then caressed my hair and left another small kiss on my cheek before he trailed his lips down to my collar bone and he sucked on the exposed skin softly. I whimpered as I bit my lip. I didn't like this feeling. But I couldn't push him away.

I then felt his hands trail to my stomach and tug at the bottom of my shirt. He lifted the fabric of this shirt up exposing my stomach. His cold fingers then traced around it. "These scars, they're so beautiful. You don't remember where they came from do you?" He asked as his fingers traced over them.

"W-what?" I asked confused.

"Your family, they were murdered." He said lowly. "Murdered by me." Once he said that my head started to hurt again and I was crying. "N-no," I remembered. I remembered that night, I remembered them. The pain. "L-let go of me!" I said as I started to struggle under him.

"Yes, that face. That face contorted in pain. I love that face." He said as he leaned over me his leg was between mine as his hands held down my wrists. "L-lindo please s-stop." I said as I tried to push him off me.

"Ah, Lily you smell so sweet. I think I could just eat you up right now." He said as he lowered his head to the same spot in my neck and bit down again. He bit down deeper this time and I cried. "L-lindo," I said as I gasped and took in as much air as I possibly could. I felt strangled and like O couldn't breath. My eyes then started to closer softly and everything around me turned to black.

Do I still love him? If not, who do I love? Is there anyone that I can love and that will love me?

Laito's p.o.v

I went up to my room lost in thought. She's just a human. Another human to use for pleasure then break their hearts and move to the next one. Then why is she making me feel this way? I hated the idea of her with that demon.

I sat down on the edge of my bed my hat shifting slightly. Maybe I do love her? Then again what is love? Have I ever felt it? I thought.
