ch.2

-Toby's pov-
I watched as Kelly fell to the ground. Seeing me alive must have shocked her so much that she fainted. I replaced my mouth guard and goggles and prepared to leave Kelly where she was but I was stopped by Slenderman who appeared before me. "You can't leave this girl like this! She could get sick" he said with worry in his voice. I was confused as to why he cared for a human, after all he kills girls like her. "S-s-s-should I-I-I c-chop her h-head o-o-off then?" I asked already turning back to her fallen form. I was going to leave her be for old times sake but hey what you going to do when Slenderman wants something. Just as I swung my hatchet down on her welcoming throat she was quickly moved out of the way as my hatchet made contact with the ground. I looked over to see her body being cradled in Slenderman's tentacles. "W-what t-t-the hell!" I shouted not caring at all that I could wake Kelly up. "Your not going to kill her, we're taking her home she's going to be my new daughter!" he angrily said. Confused I tilted my head to the side, why would he want a human daughter specialy that annoying ex-bestfriend of mine. "I've been watching this human for a long time and I've come to gain some... Fathery feelings towards the girl" he explained. Shrugging I started to walk away, what happens to her doesn't matter to me any more.

-Kelly's pov-
I slightly groaned as I turned over in my bed. Only to be greeted with memories of seeing Toby alive crossing my brain, that was when I sat straight up noticing right away that I wasn't in my room but a unfamiliar place. I was in a lightly blue painted room with clouds painted throughout it. Slowly I got out of the bed I was laying in. I found that my shoes had been romoved at some point. I made my way to the door and opened it wide enough for me to be able to take a quick peek. The hall was dimly lit and casted various of shadows along the walls and corners. I didn't like the feeling I was getting from this place so before I left the safety of the room I picked up the only form of weapon I could find. A hard covered 500 paged book. Have you ever been hit by one of these? If not let me tell you it hurts like a son of a bitch! After silently closing the door I tip toed down one end of the hallway. There were lines of doors covered with stickers or name tags. I read some as I passed by, there were people here called Eyeless Jack, Sally, Jeff, Laughing Jack, Ben, Jane... The names went on and on. Eventually I came to a stairway that went down. I couldn't hear anything or anyone from up here so I thought it would be safe to head down. Maybe I could find out where I was? I made my way down stairs careful not to make a sound. Once I went mute three years ago I learned to become silent in everything thing else. But just as I took one last step off of the stairs and was suddenly greeted by confetti and candy being thrown in my face. With a silent scream I swung the hard covered book in any direction. I know it made contact with someone because I heard a string of cuss words. I kept swinging til I was sure no one was near me. Once I stopped swinging I saw a group of people stareing at me like wtf. "Thats some swing you got" someone said below me. Looking down I saw a blonde boy who looked alot like link rubbing his cheek. He was kinda cute but thats not the point right now, WHERE THE FUCK AM I?! I mentally screamed. "That would be your new home Kelly" a tall faceless thingy said as it approched me. I shook my head no not sure what was going on right now. "Well last night after you fainted child-" I cut him off after waved my hands frantically "so Toby is alive! My best friend is still with me" I wanted to scream that but couldn't. "Well yes he is but the proplem is that Kelly he's-"once again I didn't let the faceless thing finish because I ended up seeing the same Toby from last night except without the mouth guard on walking out of the kitchen with a soda in hand. Not being able to hold back my joy I ran towards him and glomped him while he yelp in surprise. We ended up falling on the ground but I didn't care I was just glad he was alive. "TOBY OH TOBY I'M SO HAPPY YOUR ALIVE! I thought you were gone why didn't you tell me you were still alive?" If only he could hear me...... But the next thing that came out of Toby's mouth surprised me more than anything "w-w-w-will you g-g-get o-off of me you c-cow" Toby snarled. Tears came to my eyes as he coldly stared at me. This couldn't be Toby, this person who looked like Toby was an imposter! "As I was saying child he no longer considers you his lost best friend, Toby has moved on with life and.. Your no longer apart of it" the faceless thing said. With that sentence my heart not only broke but it shattered into a million pieces. As Toby pushed me off of him and stood up he glared down at me with a disgusted frown on his lips before walking away. That look would forever stay with me for as long as I may live life...
