"So you're over him?" My friend asked, sipping her coffee. I hesitated and looked out the window of the café.
"I don't have any feelings for him. Hell, if he ever asked be back I'll say no and walk the other way. But I can't take the staircase where I first told him I loved him or go to that restaurant he took me. I can't sit on that bench outside the school where he first kissed me. I think I am, then I'm reminded of us and I'm not okay for minutes."
