If you are sad, you may talk to who you are closest with and who you trust. You do not constantly make them miserable, by putting yourself down, even if they help you and try to make you happy , do not keep putting pressure on the same issue. Like I've said, you need to work towards fixing your issue if you are sad or annoyed about it. You do not make the people who are trying to help feel useless, by making them feel bad for you, or creating a pity party for yourself if you want attention.
