Gus started saying about the accident.
"Appa and Amma went to our cousin's marriage. Since Jean was having a small fever, we both stayed back to take care of her.
When they were coming back, a heavily loaded trunk was coming from the opposite side. Suddenly the trunk went out of control and hit our car. Driver was drunk.
Mom was not picking her call when i tried her phone. Lastly i called Appa. The police took the phone and informed us. We came as fast as possible. Anna informed Nathan. On the way, he informed Jamy and you."

"Who told you about how the accident happened?" Veronica asked.

"There were 4 witnesses. They were giving the report to the police. We heard like that." Anna said sniffing loudly.

"How is Jean now?" Veronica asked.

"Same. That's why, she is silent. Or else, she would have been jumpy as usual" Gus answered.

"Oh! I thought she was shocked due to the situation. Did you check her fever here ? Rishi asked.

"Nope and also she doesn't know much. We didn't say how critical they are. She just know that they are not well and yeah she was checked." Anna said.

"That's good". Veronica said.

Then they all walked to the room that was allotted for them.
Rishi and Gus slept. Anna was reading 'Anna Karenina'.
" A beautiful book written by Tolstoy." Veronica thought.

Veronica was trying to sleep but in vain. She got up from the bed and went to do her morning duties. Clock was showing 5:20 am. Anna was sleeping with the book. She took the book and kept it on the table.

Gus stirred in his sleep.
"Seems like you didn't sleep". Gus said.
"I tried but didn't get much." Veronica replied.

"Good morning" Rishi said.

"Morning ,Rishi." Veronica replied.

When Gus came out of washroom, Veronica said " I'll get coffee for you all and I'll check on Appa too. Stay here."

Rishi and Gus hmmed in response. She went to the ICU and checked the night report on her father.

While getting coffee, Veronica saw James, Jean and Nathan. They all bought coffee and went to the room. When they reached room, James said that there are some reporters outside.

"Reporters?! Why?" Veronica asked confused.

"Seems like the trunk that hit your parent's car was from a very reputed company. You know that company. Braunstorm." Nathan replied looking at Veronica.

"So are you saying that they are famous?! Actually that complicates things,right?" Rishi asked.

"Sort of." Nathan said.

"Wow!" Rishi exclaimed.

"Jamy, did you inform our relatives?" Anna asked.

"Yes, I did. They said they will come." Jamy said.

"I dont think so. Why did you call them?" Veronica asked.

"Its our duty to inform them,Ron. Its their wish to come or not." Jamy said.

Veronica scowled at him.
