-Saturday morning-

Eren's POV

I groaned as I heard the too familiar loud beeping sound from my alarm clock. I slammed it off as it was too early on a Saturday morning.

Wait. Saturday...

Oh yeah. A hang out with Levi.

I smiled at the sudden reminder and sat up. I stretched my legs and arms as it was a habit. I did my daily routine like brushing teeth, taking a cold shower and changing.

I put on a dark checkered shirt and black ripped jeans. To top it, I wore a necklace with a key symbol on it and a pair of plain conversed sneakers. Very simple but fashionable.

I walked downstairs and met up Mikasa and mom in the too dull living room. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell them about me going out with a friend at this time.

"Hey, mom and Mika."

They looked from the TV and then at me. Both of them had a confused look on their faces at the same time but Mikasa raised a suspicious eyebrow at me.

"Hi, dear. What's with the dress up at this time?" Mum asked while taking a peak at the clock. It told her 10:46 am.

"I'm going out to hang out with my friend. He is probably waiting for me right now." I said while checking my phone for any messages from Levi.

"Since when did you make any friends other than me and Armin? Who is he? Is he forcing you to go? Can I go with-"

Mikasa was bombing me with all sorts of questions and that made me highly uncomfortable. Mom noticed this and said something that make me love her even more than I used to.

"Mika, let him go. You can't just bomb all of your questions to him. He had grown up and stop being so overprotective. Eren, you can go but please come home before 7 pm, alright dear?"
"Yes, mom." Me and Mikasa said in unison.

I said my goodbyes and left the house to meet him. I walked as the mall wasn't that far away from here. Just about two or three blocks away.

-Time skip-

I was reached there at 11:14 am and realized I was too early. I opened the big glassed entrance door and walked to the meeting place where both of us agreed to meet.

Yup, he wasn't here yet. So I just lined up at the counter to order a cup of overpriced mocha and some cakes. I ignored the flirt that I got from the cashiers and the workers. As I was done, I grabbed a table at the back and received more seductive stares but brushed it off. I sat there and scrolled my instagram feed while waiting for him to come.
