A book is a dream you hold in your hands

I was in my reading my favorite book. I didn't care about much of what other people thought about me. Well even though I don't know anyone which I don't really care either.
Hi I'm Sarah Lily Evans. My brother is Blake. My parents names are Taelor and Mason Evans. They been married for 14 years. I have a big family, all 14 and 15 year olds. I'm 15 years old. And Blake is 14.
I have no friends beside the kids I live with. I'm the smartest one in my homeschool. I love to read different types of books.
As I was laying on my bed I seen some head lights coming in the driveway. Well looks like fathers home, I thought. I walked down stairs to get me something to drink when father walked in.
"Hey Sarah" father said cheerfully. "Hi daddy, how was work?" I asked. "Long and tiring" he said plopping down on the couch. "When's the paycheck coming in?" I asked handing my father a cookie that mother made.
"In the next week or so" he said taking a bit. "Would it be ok if I went book shopping tomorrow?" I asked again. "Your full of questions tonight Sarah, and yes you can" he said chuckling. "Thanks daddy" I said kissing his cheek and giving him a hug.
"I'm heading off to my room, night daddy" I said cheerfully. "Night sweet heart." I walked up the stairs and went into my room. I continued to read my book for a while. I turned on my music on my phone and putted my headphones in.
As I was reading I got a text from someone.
(E- EJ, S- Sarah)
E- Hey, S what you doing tomorrow?
S- I was going to go to the book store, why?
E- Mind if I tag along?
S- Sure E, I would love the company!
E- Ok, so what time you leaving?
S- How does 9:30 sound?
E- Sounds good with me, I'm heading to bed, night S
S- Ok, night E
*EJ✌🏻️👍🏻 has turned his phone off*
I just laid there looking out the window. After a while of looking out the dark window I looked at the time. Dang, 11:30 already, well better get to sleep, I thought. I set my alarm for 7:40. Than I went to sleep.
