Trouble in Training

Chapter 4

I'm a good girl with a lot of bad habits.

I was listening to my music while waiting for Luck. I got ready and brushed my black hair. Today me, Luck, Bryan, and Cody are going to the skate park.

It was in the middle of the morning and the afternoon. Yes the perfect time to sneak out. Since mostly all of the adults are gone to work or are still asleep, I'm able to sneak out.

My name it Jewel, Jewel Mavis Walker. I'm part of a group called Die Hard. I'm in a relationship with Luck Johnson. The only way I know him is that he works at Hot Topic and well we just started chatting.

My sister Hope is crazy about music. Let's just say I'm a trouble maker and I love making trouble.

After a while Luck's car came into the driveway. I went out my window and went down the ladder that no one ever puts up. I ran to the van and hopped in the passenger seat. "Hey babe" luck said giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"Hey guys" I said looking in the back of the van to see the guys. "We still heading to the skating ring right?" I asked. "A change of plans" Luke said with a smirk. "What do you have planed?" I asked a little worried.

"We're going to the bar" he said and he drove off.
--------Time pass, at the bar-------

We walked into the bar and walked over to a table. There were a bunch of teenagers here. We ordered some beer and were just waiting on our drinks.

"So how are we going to tell them that we're of age?" I asked. "I know a guy here and he said that we're of age to all the people who work here, me and the boys been coming here ever since high school started" Luck said.

Our drinks came and we just sat there in silence. "So Bryan, you still trying to get that Maddie girl to go out with you?" Luck asked Bryan. "Hell yeah, I bet next time I ask her out she'll say yes" Bryan said.

"Bryan, you kept on saying that ever since I met you" I said chuckling. "Whatever Jewel. When are your parents going to let you go to a real school?" Bryan asked taking a drink of his third beer.

"You know my parents would never let me, them, my aunts, and uncles  have me cooped up with all of those losers" I explained leaning back into my seat.

"Well you should come to our high school, it would be much cooler if you were there" Cody said in a flirtatious way. "Hey Cody! Stop trying to hit on my girl!" Luck yelled.

"Luck I think you had enough to drink" I said looking at his drunk self. "Oh come on babe, you haven't even have two beers yet and your saying I had enough to drink" he said raising his voice a little.

"Look it's getting late, and I need you to take me home. I don't need no drunk sicko to drive me home" I said a bit angry. "I'll drive you have Jewel" Cody said.

"Ok thanks, I'll see you later Luck, bye Bryan" I said as me and Cody walked to the door. "Bye Jewels!" Bryan yelled. I hopped into the van and Cody started the van.

Soon we were off and going towards my place. It was silent the whole way to my house until Cody broke the silence. "When are you going to break up with that drunk?" He asked.

"Cody you know I don't want to do that" I said in a calm voice. "I could give you so much more" he said putting his hand on my leg. I moved it off and looked at him with an angry look.

"Look Cody, Luck is your brother, you know you can't do that" I said as we got to my house. "Come on Jewels, just give me a chance" he said with puppy eyes.

"I'll think about it" I lied and I got out. I went up the ladder and went into my room. I closed my window to my dark room but once the window was fully closed the lights went on. Crap, I'm dead, I thought.

I closed my eyes and turned around. When I opened them I said "it's not what it looks like!" But once my eyes settled I noticed it was Jake. "Sneaked out again, huh jewels" he said with a smirk.

"Your mom asked me to come check on you and when I did, I noticed you were gone, so I told her that you weren't feeling good, you should be glad I didn't rat you out" he added.

"Thank you so much Jake, I really owe you big time" I said walking to him.  He placed his hand on my cheek and looked into my eyes and just stared at him with confusion.

"I know how you can repay me" he said with a smirk. "How?" I asked a little confused. "This" he said than locked his lips with mine. My eyes were wide and I couldn't think straight. I didn't know what to do so I just kissed him back.

He pulled back and smirked. "Well look who's finally falling for me." "Shut up" I smiled and playfully punched his shoulder. "Night Jewels" he said leaving my room. "Night" I whispered.
