'What's happening to me?'

"Soon,it will be over." Voice chuckled. Then I heard a familiar voice. "Please,Allison...don't leave me,I need you. I don't know what I would do without you,please come back to me." It said. My eyes widened with tears,"Cole."

"N-No,Cole's with Elizabeth!" Voice said. "Cole..." I repeated and looked at the knife in my hand. "Child,listen-" Voice said. '"It sounded like Cole was begging,for me to come back." I said looking at the mask. "No,he- uh,wasn't." Voice hesitated. Keyword: Hesitated. "You've been telling me lies,haven't you?" I asked and threw the knife at him. "Child!" Voice tried reasoning "I'm not dying! I'm living!" I stated.

I suddenly started levatating, which is weird because I've just been floating in darkness. Soon I was greeted by light. I felt hands tightly holding my hand. I looked to my right and saw Cole. "Please don't go..." He pleaded. I smiled a little. "I'm not going anywhere." I said and stroked his head. He instantly looked up,showing his tear stained face. "Allison!" He said and gave me a warm hug. "Don't scare me like that again,I didn't know if I was ever going to get you back!" He said. "I was only out cold for a few hours." I said. "You've been asleep for five days!" He said looking me in the eyes. 'Five days?' I thought. "I-Im sorry Cole,I didn't mean to scare you." I apologized and wiped his tears away. "Its OK. Your here now." He said giving a little smile and pulled me into a kiss.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked. "I didn't want you to worry,I didn't know Elizabeth was gonna have a knife on her." I stated. "She had a knife??" Cole questioned in dispelief. Just before I could answer the door opened revieling Ethan. "Hey Cole. I brought you some-" he stopped as he saw me. He dropped what ever he was holding and engulfed me in a hug. "ALLISON YOUR AWAKE!" he said happily and squeezed me in a hug. "Not... for...long," I said in between breaths. "Sorry." He apologized and let go. "Its OK." I said. "So what happened?" Cole asked. I gave him a questioned look.

"The doctor says that you wouldn't wake up for a while because you were going threw a life or death phase. So what happened?" He asked. "Um,well,I was floating in darkness hearing nothing but negative voices. I was the only one there,then a knife apeared and a mask named Voice told me that it'll take away the pain. At first I didn't and wanted to see you from the outside,but it was a fake. I thought it was real and started cutting myself,and I grew less sane. I was laughing like a phycopath until I heard Cole wanting me to come back. Then I told Voice that I would live and not die." I said turning a little pink at the parts about Cole.

"Well then,that isn't scary..." Ethan said sarcasticly. "You were cutting yourself?!" Cole asked ignoring the fact that I nearly died to a floating mask. "Ya,on my-" I stopped my sentence as I looked at my arms that did have cuts on them. "There gone." "Well I mean,they had to be because it was a phase,a test if you will,and you wern't doing it here you were doing it in your mind to prove if your going to die or live." Explained Ethan. "Probrably,I was dripping in blood and cuts were everywere." I said. "Thank god it wasn't real harm." Cole said in relief. "So when do I get out?" I asked. "In two days,now that your awake." Ethan said. I nodded my head.

~Two days past~

"Alright miss Grey,you are in tip top shape. I think you can go now." Said the doctor. "Alright,thank you." I said gett ing out of the hospital bed and walking out with Cole next to me. Ethan was helping Rod fix up the studio,reparing or replacing things. "So,what are you gonna do now?" Cole asked putting an arm around me. I gave it some thought,"I don't know." I said. "Probrably go to school,if it wasn't a Sunday." He chuckled at my response. "You hungry?" He asked. "I guess so,ya." I answered. "Let's go get something to eat. You and me." Cole said smirking. "Okay," I smiled. "The only question is where." Cole mumbled. I immediamtly threw my hands up and said "MEAT!"
"You really like meat don't you?" He asked. I chuckled "Meat for life."
