They striked again, but this time it was my locker. 'Slut, whore, bitch, emo, cunt, gothic, idiot, etc...' was written all over my locker in marker. Thankfully it was dry erase. Why did they hate me so much?

I shrugged it off as I wiped the hateful words off of my locker. I wasn't fazed by it, in fact, I'm use to it. They do something new everyday. And I still don't see why. I honestly have never done anything to anyone, so I don't see why I'M the bad guy?

Anyways, let me tell you a little about myself. I never truly knew my parents...ever. I was put up for adoption when I was only a few months old. My 'parents' adopted me when I was eight. Bell, my 'mother', is pretty nice...I guess. She let's me do basically...anything. And John, my 'father', is somewhat of a workaholic. I never really see John often since he works so much, but he is nice to me.

I snapped back into reality when the bell rang for dismissal. Time to go home. I put my books inside my locker and began my 10 minute walk home. Once I got outside, I was met with lots of water and grey clouds. I smiled at the sight. It may be kind of weird, but I love it when it storms.

"Oh hey, slut!" Of course she had to follow me out here...again. I turned around to be met with one of the most annoying girls in the entire school. Jessica. "What? No comeback? Oh that's right! You're too pathetic to come up with one!" She spat as she played with her blonde pigtails.

Oh how I just wanted to tare them out. "Hey come on, leave the girl alone." Jason walked over to me and put an arm on my shoulder. "She's done nothing to you, has she?" He asked with that little smirk that could make any girl faint. "Oh hey Jason! What? No! Me and [Y/N] were just having a nice little chat, right [Y/N]?" She stated while she smacked her gum.

They both stared at me as they waited for an answer. Jessica gave me a 'Say anything and I will kill you' look. I sighed and nodded. With that Jason nodded and Jessica walked off. He looked at me and sighed. "Why do you let people like her push you around? You're better than them [Y/N]." He wined.

I didn't respond. Honestly I didn't know what to say. He sighed once more and patted my head. "Well I got to go. Please if anything happens, let me know. You know I hate bullies." I nodded and he walked off. I soon began my long journey home.

<Jeff's POV>

I walked along the side walk as I observed all of the students coming out of the school. There's that one girl I've had my eye on all day. I don't know why, but she just seems different from all of the others. I don't know her name, but I'm gonna try to find out some more about her tonight. I just got to figure out which house she lives in.

<[Y/N]'s POV>

As I walked home, I couldn't help the feeling of being watched. I just shrugged it off and kept walking through the rain with my hoodie on my head. I noticed some teenager with a white hoodie and black skinny jeans walking along the side walk on the other side of the road. His head was hung low, but for some reason it felt like he was watching my every move.

I walked up to my porch and turned around to try and get one last glimpse of the guy, but he was gone. Whatever. I walked inside and was greeted by Bell's happy presence. "Hey [Y/N]. How was your day?" She asked as she handed me a towel since I was soaked. I nodded in responce. Almost everyone knows that I don't talk much.

"Good. I just started making dinner, so it should be done in about thirty minutes. Do you have homework?" She asked as she walked back into the kitchen while messing with a pan on the stove. I shook my head and walked upstairs to my room. I sat down on my bed and pulled my laptop out from under it. I went on the texting app and texted Jason.

Y=Your message J=Jason's message

Y: Hey. J: What's up? Y: Nothing, just bored. J: Oh. Well what do you want to talk about?

Y: I don't know. J: Um...maybe we should add some people into the conversation.

Y: Um...I don't know, you know I'm not much of a social person. J: Too late. Sorry.

Angie has joined the group chat... A: Angie's message

J: Hey Angie. A: Hey Jason! Hey [Y/N]! J: [Y/N] is a bit shy, you know that Angie.

A: Yeah, I just thought it would be rude not to say hi. Y: Oh shoot guys! I totally forgot that I have homework! Talk to you later. J: What subject? Y: Algebra, Mrs. Haltom's class.

J: Ok talk to you later. A: Bye! Y: Bye guys, see you Monday.

[Y/N] has left the group chat...

I didn't actually have homework, I just didn't like talking to people all to much. Angie isn't a stranger, but at the same time, she isn't a friend. Basically she's an acquaintance. Well, if you knew me well enough, you would know that I don't talk to people unless I've known them long enough. I'm known as the girl who always sits in the back of the classroom, never gets called up by the teacher to do something, never yells or speaks, never cry's or whine, but always gets picked on and bullied. Makes since? Didn't think so. That's why I don't know why I get bullied. I barely understand how they even know I exist.

I shut down my laptop and placed it back under my bed. I looked at my alarm clock, which read 8:30pm. "[Y/N]! Dinner's ready!" Bell yelled from downstairs. I don't call my foster parents Mom and Dad. I just haven't fully gotten the strength to call them that yet. Yeah it's sad. I'm 16 years old and I still don't call my foster parents Mom and Dad, but I will when ever I feel the time is right. But right now, I'm just not ready.

I walked downstairs and into the kitchen where the table was.

After dinner, I walked back upstairs to my room and onto my bed. The clock read 9:00pm and I was already tired. Normally I go to bed around 10:00pm, but not tonight. I laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling. I always tried to picture what my mother and father looked like. I'd imagine them having the same color eyes as me. I'd picture my mother with a beautiful warm smile and my father with a bubbly personality.

My thoughts were interrupted by my door opening. Bell walked in and sat down on the foot end of my bed. I turned over fully and looked at her. She had her nurse outfit on. That's what her job is, she works as a RN (Registered Nurse: Has a higher degree/more authority than the average nurse.) I looked at her with confusion written all over my face. I sat up on my elbows and listened to what she had to say.

She brushed some strands of hair behind my ear and gave me a sad-like smile. "Hey, sweetie. Your dad just called and said he needed me at the hospital as soon as possible. You know what that means." She stated. John also worked at the same hospital as Bell, because he is a doctor. And I knew exactly what that meant. I frowned and looked down at my bed. "Hey. It'll be ok. I'll be home before you even know I'm gone. It'll just be for a couple of days, don't worry." She reassured me as she planted a kiss on my forehead, then left.

I sighed and rolled back onto my side. I soon fell asleep afterwards.
