Jaedyn's pov.
After the little bit of dinner i ate i took a quick shower, then threw myself on my bed grabbing my phone out of my sweatshirt pocket. I decided to see how many missed messages and calls i had i just rolled my eyes "this is ridiculous 45 missed calls and over 30 missed messages" I said to myself in a pissed off whisper tone but, decided to read some anyway. All i saw on the screen when i opened each message was apologies to me about Skylar. " Everything is all about Skylar, i knew i shouldn't of fucking read these!" I screamed as i threw my phone at the other side of the room.
Skylar's pov.
I couldn't stand watching this but what the hell was i supposed to do knowing my only abilities. I never thought i could talk to humans being dead . I sighed i had to help him i couldn't watch this pain anymore i had to try something, anything i just had to. i decided to try and talk to him i mean this was my only hope after all. "J-jae? It's Skylar, if you can hear me please say something or anything please i'm begging you."
Jaedyn's pov.
My heart was aching it had been two years since she was gone and i couldn't process her name anymore it killed me mentally. Suddenly i swear i heard her voice i swear i did, "what now am i going fucking mental? Fucking great i knew this would happen one day, i said as i soaked myself in my own tears. I didn't bothering looking up until i heard my nickname again, all of a sudden it occured to me an angel was standing in my bedroom.
Skylar's pov.
"It worked oh my god it worked". I thought to myself as i hug attacked him.
Jaedyn's pov.
"Skylar, could it really be you?" I said as my eyes lit up and squealed like a little school girl.
Skylar's pov.
"yes Jae, its really me" I said as i hugged him as tight as possible i couldn't believe my plan actually worked i couldn't believe Jaedyn could actually see me i could be happier i really couldn't, he asked me to cuddle with him till he fell asleep and i did as he wished minutes later he was asleep, and i faded for the night.
Jaedyn's pov.
I woke up a few hours later i felt so dizzy so i got up and grabbed some medicine mom was still awake it was only 10 jeez how long had i been out? i slowly walked over to mom "how long was i out?" i said with half shut eyes.
"Quite a few, are you alright sweetie is there anything i can do?" she said as she drowned me in questions. "Yes just got a pounding headache" i said in a bit of a growling tone. I downed my medicine and went back to bed.
"Goodnight jae she said as i stomped up the stairs n groaned"
Haven's pov.
I decided to text jaedyn i haven't heard from him since yesterday "great" i sighed as no reply like usual, " Im not giving up that easy jaedyn" i whispered to myself and dialed his number. "were sorry the number you have called has been disconected or no longer in service if you feel you have recieved this message in error you may...
I sighed and hung up, "I'ts no use" i said as i teared up i was so worried about him but what could i do when he ignores my ever message and phone call let alone him ignoring me in school half the time.
Jaedyn's pov.
I woke up to my alarm clock going off and a soft shake "who-huh?" i said as i looked up it was skylar. "oh hey babe your back" i said as i smiled n jumped out of bed hugging her tight then getting ready for school. "Jeez mabey life is actually gonna be better for me now".
She smiled and nodded "yes it may just be" she said.
Skylars pov.
It was good to see Jaedyn actually smile but I didn't know how long I could keep seeing him.
