What was that all about?" Max asks walking into my room. "Nothing he's just being a dick." I say rolling my eyes. "Ok well let's talk about those 'plans' what's going on? What are you all..." He waves his hand up and down meaning why I was wearing what I was.

"I'm going out tonight." I say getting up to walk to the bathroom. I look at Max trying to get him to move out of my way but he just stands there. "Move." I say in a questioning tone.

He just shakes his head. "Who are you going out with?" He says crossing his arms. "And why should I tell you." I say mimicking he's motions. "Um I'm your brother." I clear my throat and say foster brother.

"Hey who's been there for you? Huh?" "We've known each other for three months Max." I look at him with a raised eyebrow. "And I was there the entire time. Now who are you going out with?" He says with a serious look on his face.

I hear his phone vibrate in his back pocket. I look over and say "You gonna get that?" He sighs and looks at his phone. "He finally got the balls to ask you out god damn." He said patting my shoulder and walking away. "Wait what do you mean finally?" Max never answered me.

About thirty minutes later I hear the doorbell ring. I run down stairs before Max could even get out of his room. I open it to see Jacob standing there with a single red rose in his hand. In seconds I'm just as red as the rose.

He hands it to me and says "I know it's cliche but...." I cut him off with a hug. "I love it." I say letting go. I take a deep breathe inhaling the flowers aroma. I run into the kitchen and grab a glass, fill it with water, then plop the rose in.

"Well should we go?" He says holding out his hand. "Yeah, just a second." I to the stairs and yell up "I'm leaving, goodbye." I run back over and take his hand.

He leads me to a car parked on the curb. I admire the beautiful yellow Mustang that was in front of me. "When did you get this?" I ask in awe.

"Today. I just got my licence so I bought a car." He said unlocking the marvelous thing. I didn't even tough it before he said to hop in. I open the door and sit down. I instantly relaxed and said "Holy shit this is the life. God I can only dream of owning this car."

He doesn't say anything. That's ok though. I just wanted to take everything in for a sec. I am going on a date with Jacob sartorius, Jeremy is somehow connected to me, and I have a psycho dick on my tail....literally.

You know what I'm just going to focus on right know. I turn up the radio in the car. The Closer by the chainsmokers came on. I start to sing right away.

As I'm singing I noticed Jacob kept looking at me, smiling bigger each time he looked over. "Your smiling why." I say through the music.

I watch as his already rosey checks grow redder. He stares at the road trying to hide the fact that he's blushing. "I just didn't know you could sing." He looks over at me for a second.

The song ends and I turn the radio back down so we could talk. "Maybe that's because I cant." "Then what do you call this." He says handing his phone to me. He was on snapchat.

I click his story to see a black screen video of me singing to the music. "Delete that!" I say in shock. "Nope." He snatches the phone back before I did.

"They can enjoy your singing just like I did." He locks his phone and pulls into the movies. Suddenly my heart starts to race. The nerves started to set in.

I started to shake but I tried my hardest to stay cool. Jacob grabbed my hand when we got our of the car. "You alright?" "Yeah why?" I already knew the answer but I asked anyway. "Well your hand is shaking." I look at my hand and pull it away from Jacobs

"Sorry I'm just a bit nervous." I look down embarrassed. I try to stay calm all the time but the truth is I'm a nervous wreck all the time. I mean can you blame me.

"Well why?" He grabbed both of my heads this time and gets real close. I don't say anything. "Its ok you can tell me." He picks my head forcing my to look into his eyes.

"Ok for starters you and Jacob sartorius 'the Internet heart throb' and it's all just crazy to me." I start to pull away when he tightens his grip on my hands.

"Tonight I'm not 'Jacob sartorius the Internet heart throb' I'm 'Jacob sartorius the boy who thinks your a total bad ass and really likes you and wants to go watch a movie with you.' "

I smile and hug him tight. He wraps his arm around my waist and says "Come on let's go get some tickets." I chuckle and walk into the movie theater with his arm still wrapped around me.

As soon as we walk in a crowd of girls immediately stared to flock around him. They all were asking for pics and hugs, but he didn't give any.

"Sorry guys no pictures." He said covering his and my face trying to push through the walls of girls. We get in line for the tickets.

"Can I have two tickets to Don't Scream please?" He said pulling out a twenty dollar bill. "Not a problem that will be 18.98." The cashier said handed us the tickets. Jacob paid and we went to the concession stands

"What do you want?" He asked me looking down and intertwining our fingers. "No what do YOU want?" Jacob had paid for the tickets so I plan on paying for snacks.

"Your not paying for anything Katie don't even think about." "To hell I'm not." I pull a ten out of my purse and pay for popcorn. "How dare you." He said takeing a hand full of popcorn.

I laugh and bump him with my elbow. He starts to laugh as well. We pick our seats in the movies and turn off our phones, but before we do he gets a text from Max.

Max: Hey have fun. Be safe if your going to stick it in my sister at least use a condom.

Jacob: Real mature Max- Katie

Jacob toke his phone back after I sent the message and typed something else. But it was none of my business so I stayed out of it.

The movie started and he turned of his phone. No one was really by us I think they were scared or something but I didn't mind.

After the movie ended he said to me "I hope that wasn't to scary for you." "Pshhh my life's scarier than that."

He laughs and intertwins our fingers as we're walking out.
