Nandini leaves for Mangalore !!

Nandini was declared out of danger....yet she was kept under observation with high dosage of sedatives.....due to which she remained unconsious most of the times.

Manik was so ecstatic at this news tht he deceided to walk bare foot to the Siddhivinayak temple (famous lord ganesha temple in mumbai) to thank the almighty for saving his nandini....

The next day early morning...at 4am (when he would be usually sleeping like a dead log)...he started for the temple...he walked for hours...his feet had swollen and had been badly bruised too...but he was determined to reach their as soon as possible and offer his prayers...

The manik malhotra who never believed in the existence of the almighty was today walking barefoot on the streets of mumbai for the well being for his lifeline.....

No one from the family or fab5 knew about this plan of manik...so he left quitely at the dawn with a packet of sweets and friuts as offerings...but not before checking on his nandini and a kiss on her forehead..

Soon at 7.30 he reached the temple with lots of cuts and bruises on his feet....but it was all worth it for his nandini...the temple was just opened and the cheif priest there was supervising the cleaning....when a panting manik fell near the huge idol of lord ganesha...

Seeing his condition the priest immediately asked his attendents to give some water to manik and treat his wounds....

But manik being manik refused all this.....amd requested the preist to let him pray first...

Priest: beta lagta hai tum kisi aise insaan ke liye aaye ho jo tumhaare zindagi ka bahut zaroori hissa hai....warna tum aisi halat mein nahi aatein..

M: nahi panditji...zindagi ka hissa nahi...woh meri zindagi hi hai...meri nandini...

Priest: tum usse bahut pyaar karte ho na.?? Uske liye tumhaara pyaar hi tumhe yahaan tak laaya hai...jaao...bappa se uski zindagi maang lo...mera vishwaas hai...ki agar tumhaara pyaar saccha hai...toh bappa tumhaari manokaamna avashya puri karenge.....

Manik touches the priest's feet and stand near the idol...he recalls nandini and folds his hands and closes his eyes as she had taught him and prays...

M:(prays silently) dear god...errr...im sorry....lord ganesha....yeah...dekhiye lordji...err...i mean ganeshaji....aapko ko pata hi hogo ki mujhe pray karna nahi aata...main bas aaj tak kabhi kabhi nandini ke aiyappa ko pray kiya hai tht too uske kehne par...par aaj main aapke paas aaya hoon kyunki khushi bhabhi kehti hain ki aap vighna harta (barrier breaker) ho...aap kisi ke life ki vighna ko mita dete ho...meri bhi life ki vighna hai...meri nandini...aaj hospital mein zindagi ke liye ladd rahi hai...aap pls usse theek kardo...pls ganesha ji aap meri nandini ko theek kardo (strts crying) ek wohi toh hai...jisse main apna keh sakta hoon...aaj mere paas kya nahi hai..sab kuch hai...par woh meri life mein tab aayi thi jab mere paas kuch nahi tha...infact usne mujhe zindagi jeena sikhaya....aap chahe toh meri jaan le lijiye...but pls usse bacha lijiye...ussi ke wajah se aaj mera itna bada family hai...(recalls thier first meeting ,fights,kiss, wedding and lovemaking and cries) pls god save her....

As soon as he finishes his prayer ,a hibiscus flower falls at his feet frm the garland of the idol...

He picks up the flower and looks at it shockingly and then at the idol...

Then with a huge smile he takes blessings frm the priest and almost sprinted frm the temple to the hospital to reach nandini...

Here in the hospital nandini's amms chacha chachi and rishab had returned frm their trek and had been imformed about the mishap except the slap part. Amms was very furious at manik and on top of tht he was not even present in the hospital at tht time...(he was in the temple) . Amms on seeing nandini's condition had deceided to take her with her(amms) to mangalore for some time. She was waiting for manik to come and face her wrath of hurting her granddaughter and chachi and others were trying to pacify her.

Manik dashed into nandini's room to see amms hugging a brightly smiling nandini who was sitting with the help of back rest of the bed. Amms's back was facing to the door so she cud not see manik....and nandini's bright smile immedialtely vanished on seeing manik. He was hurt at this but then it was his fault after all. Amms seeing her face turned around to see an almost ragged manik with a hisbiscus flower in his hand and with bare bruised feet. Amms was about to scold  manik but on seeing his condition...her expressions softened and she realized what must have happened. (Bach gaya manik😂).

Manik came towards amms and took her blessings. Then he was about to touch nandini's face when she stopped him by showing her hand.

Amms,understanding the intensity of the situation, said..

Amms: manik i want to take nandini to mangalore for some time...u knw.uske liye bhi thoda change ho jaayega...

Nandini remained unaffected with this news but manik's eyes popped out in shock.

Amms took him aside and whispered.

Amms: see manik...abhi nandu is very angry with u...even i was...but seeing all this(his condition) im no more angry with u....and yes...i wl take nandu with me...and when she is a bit better...i wl send her back to you...after all she is yours...but now for some days...u have to stay away frm her.

M:(sadly) okay amms as u say...i just hope i dont lose her.

Amms: u wl never lose her son...be happy and be strong...

Manik smiles faintly and looks at nandini who remained unaffected with everything and was looking out of the window.Manik was hurt seeing her ignoring him...but then he deserved all this..

After 3 days nandini was discharged from the hospital. All this while she was behaved well with everyone but completely ignored manik. Everyone were unhappy with this. Even on the day when nandini and amms flew to mangalore...nandini did not even give manik a last glance.....

Manik tried to be strong everytime but then used to cry his heart out later. Same thing happened tht day too. All other members too were silently shedding tears.
