chapter fourteen

School drags on and is boring as usual the only reason I go to school is for soccer practice I play soccer for the thrill and the feeling you get when you score or win it is my weakness since I have gotten back I have been playing more and watching the games with Alec it's fun. We do a scrimmage my team won of course because we are awesome but I walk to my bike and drive back to my house and when I get home I remember Archer is coming over to work on our paper I take a quick shower and change into my baby blue north shore soccer hoodie and a pair of black athletic shorts and white calf high socks. I hear the doorbell ring and I go down the stairs and open the door

"Hey" I say

"Hey" Archer greets

we stand there for a minute then I realized he was still standing outside "Oh come in" I say opening the door wider and he walks in. I lead him to my room and we work for a while "...we could put this if global warming continues at this rate we will all die and no one will give a fuck because we will be dead " I say he looks at me and burst into laughter "We can't put that" he says after his laughing fit I try to glare at him but it's hard when he has a really cute laugh I just look at him and shake my head then look up to see him intently looking at me I return his gaze and crash my lips to his. At first he is shocked but kissed me back I swing my leg over so that they are on either side of him and so I'm sitting on his lap he bites my bottom lip asking for entrance but I denied it. What he should work for it ;). His hands slide inside my hoodie and his grip on my waist tightens causing me to gasp and he took that as his chance to slip his tongue into my mouth. Our tongues fight for dominance but he wins he rolls us over so that my back is against the bed and he is in between my legs my hands run through his hair I was about to pull my hoodie off when I hear a knock on my door he pulls back and sighs. I walk over to my door and see Alec. Thank god he knocked. "Hey what's up" I ask

"Is Archer in there"

"Yeah. We were writing our research paper"

"Cool we'll tell him us guys are going out and he is coming with"

"Alright" I walk back into my room and explain to him what Alec said.

I wake up and get dressed and did all that fun stuff like shower and do my make up and my parents fly out today but before the left this morning they informed Alec and I that we will be going camping at Mariana's parents campground as a way to say goodbye to summer but it has a lake and kayaking but we have to stay in cabins with no wifi. Yay life. Anyways the whole time I drove to school all I could think about was Archer and how we needed to talk about recent events if you know what I mean. I see him talking to one of the lacrosse guys when I walk over to him "hey Archer I need to talk to you." I say pulling him away from his locker and into an empty classroom "Faye what's up?" He ask

"What is going on with us" I say bluntly gesturing between him and I

"I don't know"

"Well we need to figure it out before my brother buries you six feet under for screwing with his sister"

"I know" he says running his hand over his face

"Okay well we are both confused so let's just do this: we screw around and just see where that leads us because I'm not into that boyfriend girlfriend stuff" I say

"Yeah okay let's do that because you right Alec will kill me but no one can find out" he says extending his hand for me to shake it

"Alright but we need to work on our paper today"

"We can work at my place" he says wiggling his eyebrows

I place my hand on his shoulder and look into his eyes "I know I'm hot but we need to work" I say cockly

"But I'm hotter" he says with a smirk

"Whatever floats your boat Kenedy" I say walking out of the classroom
