chapter seventeen

"Faye?"

I pull away from Archer and look at the source of the person calling my name and see a shocked yet furious...Alec "Fuck" I mutter

"What the hell" Alec says stepping closer to me

"Alec it's...nevermind I'll talk to you about it tomorrow (leaving day)" I say walking away from him

"No to hell with tomorrow I want answers now" he says looking between Archer and I

"Well you see--" Archer begins but Alec shoots him a glare

"And you what the hell I thought we were friends?" He says shoving Archer

"We are friends" Archer says shoving him back

Alec doesn't answer instead he punches Archer in the jaw then they start full on fighting Archer tackles him to the ground and punches him in the nose I try to push them off when I hear footsteps and soon Logan and William are outside pulling them apart and the girls are next to me shocked. Once they manage to separate them Logan holds back Archer and William does the same to Alec "Faye what happened?" William asks "Nothing. Alec talk to me when you cool down and Archer I'll talk to you later" I say walking into the cabin and slamming the door. I'm pissed beyond pissed Alec walks up acting all big and bad but I have a life and he can't chase away every boy that shows and interest in me and Archer I like like him but like he just confuses me I don't know what to do. I lay on my bed and let my heavy eyelids fall and sleep consume my body

Faye walks away and slams the door to the cabin I quit trying to get out of Logan's grip and he slowly releases my wrists but Alec still looks somewhat mad I sigh "Look dude I'm sorry" and hold out my hand he pulls me into a hug "We're cool but if you hurt her your head is mine" he says so only I can hear him. I was just mad because he punched me I mean I wasn't going to hurt Faye I actually really like her but she confuses me a lot because sometimes were making out and stuff and others she is storming away from me I don't know what to do. The boys walk away and I'm left looking at Brittany and Mariana they both grab my wrist and pull me out of earshot of the guys "listen up lover boy you're into Faye and she obviously into you ask her out I mean grow a pair and just do it" Brittany exclaims and I just look at her "You're lucky to have her and she really likes you so do it but first things first Faye 101: When she cries and tells you to go away you don't you hold her and listen, When her eyes flick to your lips kiss her no matter who is around, and when she isn't feeling good and wants to stay in bed all day you lay there with her and do whatever she wants because there are few things in her life that make her happy but you are one of them" she says

"Well how do I ask her out? I mean I like her too but I'm not some sap I don't know how to" I say and they look at me with a mischievous smile "Once we get back tomorrow go to the florist and buy a bouquet of lilies they are her favorite and meet us in her backyard we will set everything up and we will even get Alec on board with you two all you have to do is be there" Mariana says

I wake up and hear a knock on my door and check the clock its 11:30 I open the door and see Alec. He pulls me into a hug "Faye I'm sorry what I did was impulsive and I was just mad.." I laugh "Alec it's fine really I got over it like three hours ago just next time don't punch him" I say

"Faye I am okay if you go out with Archer I mean he is cool and it's better than you dating some idiot" He rambles but I hush him "Alec that means a lot and I do like him really but I don't think we are really dating if mean if he asked me out I would say yes but I don't know" I say "Trust me Faye he is into you I can see it just give him time he's never really had a girlfriend or feelings really" He adds with a chuckle and I offer him a weak smile "Well I guess we are cool?" I say "Totally" He says with a smile and I close the door and plop back into my bed. WOW Alec is really okay with it. I changed into some pajamas and went back to sleep knowing that I really liked Archer and I hoped he feels the same way but I'm not a sap. I swear.
