**Part One**
It was very dark in the sewers. The only light came from the irregularly placed manholes and the weird glow that came off the water; needless to say, not one of the children or Digimon dared to touch it. The river was narrow enough that the Digimon were able to jump to the other side so that they formed a sort of procession onwards. They had spent the first part of their journey explaining the adventures when they were separated at the factory. Tentomon jokingly blamed Agumon for waking Andromon and then thanked him because otherwise he may not have digivolved.
"Hey Agumon?" Tai called once the stories were over. "I know we've all met her and stuff, but who exactly is Eosmon? And the Legendary Warriors?"
"The Legendary Warriors were our protectors for many, many years." Agumon replied happily. "They served the Celestial Digimon at the time: Ophanimon, Seraphimon and Cherubimon. While we were waiting for you guys, we heard many stories about them. Though I had no idea Andromon had actually met her; then again, Andromon is very old so he's probably seen a lot."
"That doesn't really explain a lot." Izzy raised a brow. "What else can you say about them?"
"The Legendary Warriors each represented the natural elements. You know: fire, light, air and water. All of them, even the heavens." Biyomon added. "They've been around probably since the start of the Digital World, serving as guardians of peace and harmony among all Digimon."
"There once was a very bad Digimon by the name of Lucemon who tried to take control of the Digital World. He was originally a benevolent ruler but power corrupted him, turning him into a vicious tyrant." Gabumon explained.
Patamon flapped his tiny wings, a tiny frown on his face. "The war eventually took each of the Warriors' lives. But they managed to seal away Lucemon and afterwards, they passed on their powers in the forms of Spirits, which were then left to the Celestial Digimon."
"But one day, Cherubimon turned corrupted; it had something to do with the diversity between Human and Beast type Digimon. He managed to taint the Spirits in his possession, thus why only seven children were called by Lady Ophanimon." Gomamon continued.
But the somewhat somber air around him brightened as he smiled, "But everybody loved the Warriors, before all the war and fights!" he exclaimed, a bit proudly too. "They were amazing warriors and excellent inspirations of strength and kindness. While they were here, there was peace. One day they weren't and everything started becoming darker."
"And who are the Dark Masters?" questioned Matt. "Andromon said something about them attacking the Legendary Warriors, along with some other Digimon."
Tentomon shrugged, "We don't have the slightest idea. But they would have to be very strong to cast not only Legendary Warriors away, but the Celestial Rulers as well."
"But if Lady Eosmon is back, then that must mean the others will return soon!" Palmon strongly hopped. "And then the light will return. We were born into this darkness, but already I can feel it lifting."
"Palmon's right," Lunamon chipped in. "In the back of our minds was always this sense of darkness, but it hasn't been as strong as of late. It is surely because Lady Eosmon's presence has been revived."
After Lunamon finished speaking, the Digimon talked amongst themselves. The children, aside from Rikka, didn't quite understand exactly what the Legendary Warriors meant to their partners and they hoped at some point they would.
A few short moments later Agumon started to practice his singing and the other Digimon copied him. At some point, both sides began bouncing off lyrics of each other; first the Digimon would sing and then the human children.
