Chapter 15

Reeds POV
I told the other guys to take Bianca out to eat so I would have time to talk to Erica. I tell Erica about my plan to ask Bianca to be my girlfriend tonight on stage. Somehow I got Bianca to leave her phone alone 2 days before this stop so I got Erica's number and texted her from my phone. I gave her a list a supplies I needed and told her I would pay her back later. I asked her to get: 13 poster boards and a bunch of different colored sharpies.

I discuss the plan once more with Erica just to see if she thinks it needs anymore changes. "I know that today is a month from her being one year clean so I thought it would be really special if I did it during battle cry. I was thinking of bringing her on stage so she just thinks I'm going to sing to her. Once the song starts I need you to time it. At the 2 minute mark everyone is going to come out with one poster at a time. Once one person comes out they stay out with the poster for 3 seconds and then go back in and then the next person comes out. I was thinking of writing on the posters "Every prince needs a princess will you be mine and be my girlfriend?" Erica agrees that she thinks its a good idea. "We need to work fast though." Erica says. "I know I told the guys to text me when they're on the way back." We decide to split up the words and I take the first 6 and Erica takes the last 7.

We just finished up the last poster when the guys text me. "We're on our way back with Bianca."
"That was close." I say to Erica.
"Reed I hope this all goes right for you. I'm sure it will and im sure Bianca will say yes." Erica tells me and wishes me luck.
"Thanks. I hope she says yes and I don't embarrass myself."
"Shes going to say yes Reed I just know she will."
