Fun in the rain

You slowly opened your eyes, blinking a couple of times while they focused.

The smell of breakfast wafted through the air, a smell you haven't experienced since your mom left.

You stretched and got up. You walked out of your room and flyed around the corner. You got greeted by a plate, full of pancakes, eggs, and bacon, with orange juice on the side.

"Morning mate, i made breakfast. " bunnymund said as he sat down to eat his plate. "Did you get any sleep last night? " you asked as you took a bite of bacon.

"I didn't, but i'm fine" you almost choked on your bacon"but you need sleep! " you say as he looks at you in a surprised way.

"Sorry, i didn't mean to yell at you" you say picking up another piece of bacon. "Its just, everyone needs sleep. "
"Eh, its fine, I've gone 5 whole months without sleep once. And i was perfectly fine, one day cant hurt me. "

He bites down on a piece of pancake that was smothered in syrup. "Wow, 5 months. Tch, i would collapse on the floor tired as all hell after at least a week of no sleep. "

"Well, you would if you were human. Since your now a guardian, you could go longer without feeling as tired as you usually would. "

"Cool" you say biting into the eggs. "These are really well seasoned! What did you use? " the eggs had a really good seasoned taste to them. "black pepper, salt, a little garlic"

He gets up and puts the plate in the sink and starts washing it, a little after he got up, you did and put your plate in along with his.

Jack came bursting through the door, making you jump and hit bunny. "Oh! S-sorry! " you say while flying a little away from him. "Its alright mate. "

"Whats up jack? " you say waving to him "i heard what happened last night (y/n), are you alright? " he says as he sits on top of his stick.

"Im alright. " autumn fly's onto your shoulder and flaps her wings happily. "Who's your little friend? " both jack and bunnymund say in unison.

"Oh! This is autumn, my butterfly. I got her, or more like found her when i turned into. Well. This. " you say looking down at your dress.

Jack comes over and pets her, she fly's around jack and lands on his nose. "Guess she likes you! " you say while giggling a little bit.

"guess she does!" he says petting her. "well, just remember mate, we will always be there to protect you. " he speaks the truth." jack says while patting you on the back. "thanks guys"

KABOOM!!!!!

you jump and scream. "what the hell was that!??" jack says. "whew, that scared me, it was thunder. wait... thunder? *gasp* that means there's a storm!!! and that means rain!!!! yes!!!!" you fly down the stars and right out of the front door, as fast as you could.

Bunnymund and jack walk out, smirking as they see you, flying as happy as can be, feeling the beautiful rain and spinning in the air happily. your bun started to droop, so you took it out and let your hair free, after a little bit of enjoying the storm your dress was soaked.

"Looks like you had fun mate! " bunnymumd says as you Slowly flyed into the house, leaving a trail of water dripplits behind you.

You stop in the middle of the room, "you wanna see something cool? " you ask them, "sure. " they say in unison.

You lift your arm and blast wind towards you, you hear a spray sound then when you stop, you're dry, but the whole wall behind you isn't.

You outfit, hair, and basically everything was dry and like it was before you went out into the rain. "That was pretty cool, can you do that to me sometimes, it would really help mate. " bunnymund says.

You giggle and say "sure. Oh! I have an idea!! " you fly quickly upstairs and grab 3 baskets made of bamboo. You fly back down and start forming balls of water.

"Lets play water ball! " you say handing bunnymund and jack one basket full of water balls. "And whats water ball? " jack says picking one up.

"Woah, this is cool! " bunnymund says, he grabs a water ball, picking it up like a normal ball.

"Water ball is like playing with water balloons. " you pick one up and throw it at bunnymund, making his ears droop and having water drop from them.

"That was a bad idea mate! " he starts chasing you around the house and successfully throws one at you. Jack joins bunnymund and starts throwing them at you.

You zoom upstairs and hide in the coat closet, being carefull trying not to make any noises. You hear them come up the stairs, you hear one of them whisper something.

Then the door fly's open and you were pelted with a bunch of water. "Ok! OK! You guys win! " they stop and bunnymund helps you up.

Him and jack start walking back downstairs. " but not for long" you whisper. "What was that ma-" as he turned around you pelted both jack and bunnymund with water balls.

In the end they ended up on the floor, soaked. "I win. " you say as you fly into your room and close the door behind you.
