(CHRIS’ POV)

“Chris, your interview with Marcella Jevons begins in thirty seconds,” one of the producers said with a British accent.

I was in my dressing room making sure the outfit my manager gave to me to wear was okay. I had to admit, I looked good. I walked out onto the stage and the crowd cheered.

“Hello Chris,” Marcella said with her British accent and gave me hug.

I sat in one seat while she sat in the other.

“So how are you today,” she crossed her legs.

“I’m great. I’ve been waiting almost a year to get on the Marcella Jevons show! I’m so glad to be here,” I said.

“We’re glad you’re here too,” she smiled, “I love the blonde hair you’re sporting today, by the way.”

“Thank you, thank you,” I replied and smiled at the hundreds of people in the audience.

“So, how has your European tour been so far?”

“It’s been so wonderful. All the fans are awesome, and I can’t wait for my show in Barcelona on Monday night to see all my Spanish fans too!” I replied and the crowd clapped again.

Marcella faced the camera, “Chris Brown’s new album ‘Spot Light’ is now in stores everywhere, so I’d advise you to go buy it right now. It’s been #1 for the past month, and I don’t think it’s going anywhere.”

She turned back to me, “So, what are you planning on doing after the tour is over?”

“Well after the tour in Europe, I’m going back to the US to tour, and after that hopefully I’ll be able to go to Japan like I did before.”

“Wow. You never stop! When do you take breaks?” she asked me.

“I rarely take breaks. I love my music, and I just can’t stop like some artists do. Like, they make a hit album and then you don’t hear from them for a year or two; I can’t do that. It’s like I’m not living if I’m not making music and touring for my fans.”

She was looking at me intently as I spoke, “So, do you have time for dating? Our audience would really like to know if you’re dating!!”

When she said that, the crowd screamed.

“Actually, no I’m not dating. But I do see a lot of pretty girls in this country. And I love you guys’ accents,” I tried to change the subject.

“Do you ever plan on finding the right girl sometime soon and maybe making some mini Chris Brown’s,” she joked.

I laughed, “Yes maybe, but not any time soon. I’m really focused on my music now and I’m too young to be worried about children…I’m only 24!”

“You’re right,” she chuckled and turned back to the camera, “Sorry guys, but we have to take a break, but don’t go anywhere; Chris Brown is going to perform his hit single off his new album ‘Isn’t This Love’ so stay tuned.”

The cameras cut off and we were on a commercial break. After I finished the interview and performed, I went back to my hotel to relax for a few minutes before getting on the plane to Barcelona.

“Have you seen my phone?” I asked Tyga who was in Europe with me for the tour.

“Nah, you were just talking on it,” he was texting someone on his phone.

“I know. I can’t find it now,” I lifted up the cushion on the couch.

“Who are you tryna call?” he asked me.

“This girl I’ve been talking to for the past month. Her name’s Daniela. She’s from Spain and I’m planning on meeting her tomorrow.”

I finally found the phone under the couch. I don’t know how it got there either.

“You’ve never met her before?” he asked.

“Yeah, back in LA when she visited, but she lives in Spain, so I only saw her that one time.” I sat down on the bed and went through my phone contacts.

“Whatever happened to that girl you were talking to back in Atlanta, like two years ago,” he asked.

I thought back two years to try to recall a girl in Atlanta, and I finally remembered Audriana. It took me months to forget about her after I had to stop seeing her, and now Tyga was bringing her up again.

“We broke up, just like all the other girls I dated.” I said simply.

“But you were planning on letting her move in with you. I never seen you do that before. And then it was like a month later when yall broke up. What happened?”

“I don’t want to talk about it.” I all of a sudden didn’t feel like calling Daniela anymore.

“What? Did she cheat on you? Was she really just another groupie? Was she a man?” he joked.

“She…was only sixteen,” I said in a shameful tone.

He burst out laughing, “You joking right?”

“No. I’m serious. She was lying to me the whole time,” I replied and layed down on the bed.

“Damn,” he said and went back to texting.

“Yeah, but I really did like her.” I said and began thinking about Audri.

“She has to be like almost nineteen now. Why don’t you see how she’s doing if you really do still like her,” he suggested.

“No. She probably forgot about me now. People do move on after you tell them you can’t be with them,” I said.

“Whatever. We only got like an hour before we gotta leave, so you better get your rest,” he replied.

I turned on my side, and tried to go to sleep but couldn’t. Audri kept coming to my mind. I remember the last day I saw her perfectly. I was planning on taking her with me to Cali until her boyfriend kidnapped her and I had to help her. He eventually told me that she was only sixteen which was where I was forced to break up with her.

*FLASHBACK*

“Audri,” I looked into her eyes, “I still love you, and I always will, but…you know we can’t be together. It’s not right.”

“I know,” she replied, “I’m sorry I put you through all this. You didn’t deserve it…getting shot over…a sixteen year old.”

I kissed her cheek, “Maybe one day, in two years or so, we can see if we can be together again…but not right now.”

She smiled, “Yeah…maybe.”

I turned around to open my car door, but she said something else.

“Oh yeah…and, Chris…”

I turned back around, “Yeah?”

“I’m pregnant…”

**

I sprung up from the bed when I remembered those last words she told me. I started panicking at the thought that I might have a child with a girl I haven’t see in two years. I couldn’t breathe, and it felt like I was about to pass out. I had to catch my breath, and I saw Tyga looking at me like I was crazy.

“What happened?” he asked me.

I swallowed hoping what I was gonna say wasn’t true; “She was pregnant.”
