Chapter Two: Harry

I grabbed Draco's hand, as I saw his cheeks flush a light pink. I just chose to ignore it, as much as I wished it was real I couldn't..Vinny grabbed hold of Draco, he pulled her close to him in a hugging position "draco? You alright?" Vinny asked. I looked at him as his jawline twitched, every time his jawline does that it's a sign he's hiding something " oh it's nothing love, get on with it potter, your hand is getting sweaty" I snapped back and blushed a bit. He gripped my hand tightly. WHOOSH.

*Diagon Alley*

When we apparated into Diagon Ally, Draco quickly released my hand "Darling, go ahead into the shop, I need to talk to potter for a second" Vinny got the hint and nodded, walking towards the bookstore" I fiddled with a small string that was coming out of my shirt, as Draco swiftly grabbed my hand and pulled me into a closed off place "um Draco?" His hand quickly covered my mouth "honestly Potter, shut up" I shook my head "I need to tell you something " he pulled a letter out of his jacket pocket and held it nervously. " my aunt Bellatrix left me this letter, and it contains information I wouldn't dare to question" I looked into his blue eyes and licked my lips "what are you saying Draco?" He opened the letter and showed me a specific line "her father is Tom Marvolo Riddle, or should I say Lord Voldemort" I felt my knees buckle "potter..?" Draco grabbed ahold of my arm to keep me from falling "I..Vinnia...I can't believe it.." Draco pressed his body to me as support, and I felt heat rush to my face, he was just a bit too close. "ehem well I know we need to deal with this later on, but for now we need to act normal and support her" Draco nodded in agreement, also catching himself from getting any closer. He cleared his throat, and fixed his tie "let's go potter" " right" we walked awkwardly back to bookstore.

We found Vinny looking through a book of poems. I stopped to see her standing there, smiling, and also had tears rolling down her face. Draco went into immediate panic, and rushed over to her "darling, are you ok?!" She sniffed, and nodded. I walked over, and softly wiped a tear off of her face, as to not ruin her makeup "it's ok Vinny we are here for you" she carefully placed her head on my shoulder and cried a bit. "Did you like that book? I'll buy it for you" she nodded and handed it to Draco as he walked off ,Vinny gently said "Harry I know of your feelings for Draco" I put my chin on her head "Vinny..I don't think it's a good idea" I felt her laugh a bit "don't worry..he likes you too.." I immediately felt my stomach shoot to my throat and it begin to throb "w..w..what?" "Shh he's coming back" Vinny let go of me and walked over to Draco "thank you Draco, you're the best " she hugged him, and read the book while Draco and I scanned books that we needed for our new year at Hogwarts. I noticed there was a group of men that were walking around, but they dispersed in a way where there were only pairs walking around. I saw a black tattoo on the forearm, and panicked "Vinnia?!" I walked around the shelf and noticed that the spot she was in was empty. "Draco! Vinnia?!" I heard footsteps coming at me in a running matter, I turned and saw a masked figure, I quickly pulled out my wand and rolled into another shelf "Harry!! Harry help me!!" I turned and saw someone dragging Vinnia away "shut up you brat!" One swift punch to the head and she was out. "Vinny!!" I threw a rope spell and caught the thug's feet. He dropped Vinny as I ran towards her, I leaped on her and apparated to my home. I startled Fred when I arrived hugging Vinny "Harry are you- Vinny...?! Oh my Dumbledore !" He ran over to me and grabbed her off of me and scanned her face "oh Vinny, oh my love" he carefully laid her down on the couch and pushed away her curly hair "I'll be right back kid!" Fred nodded as I apparated back to the bookstore, people were running and screaming everywhere. The store was on fire and I scanned for Draco, I was being pushed and shoved until I noticed Draco on the floor, underneath a bookshelf. I immediately rushed over, thinking nothing but the worst "DRACO?! Draco!" I waved my wand and the bookshelf began to rise, I pulled him out and laid him on the ground I scanned his body, carefully placing my hands on his chest. I heard him cough "what do you think you're doing Potter?" I carefully picked him up bridal style, as he began to squirm "Oii potter ! Let go of me what the hell?!" He tried to lift an arm, but cried out in pain "it's ok you're going to be ok" I held him tight and apparated back to my home. WHOOSH.

*Sirius' Old Home*
When we arrived, Vinny was waking up, I had Draco bridal style in my arms. She rolled her head in our direction and smiled "just how I always imagined it" I felt Draco squirm in my arms "ok potter let me go" "no Draco you're hurt you need medical attention" he scoffed "watch, put me down I'm fine" I shrugged and carefully sent him down, only for him to once again collapse in my arms. He groaned "Vinny are you alright?" She laughed as she gripped Fred's hand "never better" Fred put his forehead on Vinny's as they talked in low voices. " I'm going to take Draco to the kitchen ok? So you guys can catch up" Fred laughed "you're a real friend mate" I smiled and helped Draco to the kitchen. He limped over as I set him down on the counter "Draco what happened?" He lowered his head "I think someone heard when we were talking about Vinny's father" I gulped "what makes you say that?" He groaned "well this person that had attacked me and threw the bookcase on me, used to be a friend of my father. So he cornered me and asked me to hand over my cousin and that I could receive a large portion of the reward that they are going to get from the ministry and from a third party, and if I also give them the card that states that Lord Voldemort was Vinny's dad" he ran his uninjured hand through his hair "don't worry Draco we will keep her safe" he nodded "ok let's clean you up and get a room ready for you and Vinny" he turned and look at me "what? Potter we are not staying here Vinny needs to be at her home." "Why? So they can easily find her and arrest her for being a daughter of a man that was nothing but pure evil? Sure Draco why don't you just hand her over already?" He shook his head "fine! But I need to send an owl to my mum and let her know that we are fine" I shook my head and walked over to my medicine cabinet and grabbed my first aid kit "potter, just heal me with magic" I laughed "I will it's just that you have glass in some parts of your body and i need to pop your shoulder into place" I saw his face go a pale white "you..you have to pop my shoulder back into place..?" I nodded, he huffed " why can you just use magic potter?" "Because I've fixed many shoulders since the war and I was told it heals better than magic" he coughed a bit, as I lifted a brow "what big bad Draco can't handle it?" I saw his face turn a beet red "just shut the bloody hell up and do it before I change my mind" I nodded and walked over and grabbed his shoulder "alright ready?" "No" "right ok, one, two, THREE!" *crunch!* "AWWW GOD....*huff huff* DAMMIT!" I massaged the area to help with some of the swelling "alright I just need to put some bandages on it to help keep it in place" I began to walk over to the other counter, when I lost my balance "Potter?!" In mid fall, Draco stuck out his arm and also lost his balance and fell on me, our lips casually connected. I put my hands on Draco's back and he began to squirm, I finally released him and he crawled backwards until his back hit the wall. "Potter?! How dare you try to take advantage of me?" I lifted a brow "it was an accident Draco, you could have just let me fall" he stood up and stuck out his good hand "right, well come on so you can fix this bloody shoulder it's killing me" I took his hand, as he helped me up "sorry..that I kissed you" I said turning red "shut up.." He said. I felt a small smile creep on my face.
