But this is in fact a fanart of no one other than Juvia Lockser!
I seriously love her, like omgosh.
Again, this piece was another experiment with settings and brushes. I was trying to go for the underwater look, and was thinking about that one time she put bubbles around her and team natsu's heads when they went to the Tower of Heaven. So this is what happened. And yeah, I know you can't really see her clothes very well, and I guess part of that could be because I wanted her to look like she was apart of the water hahaha xD Then I added a bunch of reflecting light because, why not, right?
This time around I did the lineart on one layer, and then started painting on top of it on many other layers as I did the coloring and added details. Totally don't remember how many I had altogether in the end thou pfffffft.
