Chapter 5: Run And Rest (END)

Mike

I woke up that morning to Dustin signaling me on the walkie-talkie.

"Yo mike I'm coming over with the gang." "Um ok." I replied. "Also, get off of Eleven bro. We know you're madly in love with her." "Dustin hush! It's serious."

In a few minutes, Will, Dustin, and Lucas were all in the basement. "Hey loverboy." said Lucas, shoving me. El got up and looked straight at him. He froze and yelled at her. "OH! Eleven is just protecting her little boyfriend." El was welling up so I went and put my arm around her. Soon, she relaxed. "El? We should leave. Everyone seems to be so mean about us and it's too hard."

She shook her head. "No. Bad men." "Are they still trying to get you?" I asked. "Yes." "El, I'll protect you. Don't worry." Finally, she agreed to go with me. I grabbed her hand and we ran upstairs and out of the house.

We looked around outside. We got on my bike and started pedaling. We had no idea where we were going but we knew we had to go somewhere. We went to the last place on Earth that I would ever go through. Now that I know that El was experimented on, I knew she had to kill Dr. Brenner.

We parked my bike right at the entrance. She ran in, but told me to stay outside.

Eleven

I walked into the most dark place I have ever been. Hawkin's Lab.

I had to save myself and Mike. I opened the door to his office and heard people behind me. I used my weapon. Soon, I heard all of the bodies drop to the floor. I looked straight up at the worst person in my life. Papa.

He jumped straight up, but not quick enough. Alarms were blaring in my ears. Tears were streaming down my face. Each breath I took made me even more likely to faint. I had to do it.

He froze and slammed to the floor. His neck snapped. I smiled. It was all over. I sat down for a little bit. Gaining my energy back took a while. Eventually I gathered enough strength to walk out to Mike.

Mike

I waited outside and looked right at the door. She walked out of the lab with tears falling down her face and with a big grin "Mike. Safe." I ran up to her and gave her the biggest hug. I kissed her and pulled her close to me.

When we got home that night, I told my mom that I was at a friend's house. She believed me for once. We went down to the basement after changing into our night clothes. "El?" "Yeah mike?" "I love you so much and I'm so glad that we're safe now and---"

My sentence was interrupted by a kiss. "I'm tired." she said. "Me too." We laid down and she smiled up at me. I held her tight. She put her head on my chest. "I love you, Mike." "I love you too." Soon, she fell asleep soundly.

AUTHORS NOTE

Well that was my Mileven fan fiction. It was horrible and I'm so sorry. I had like no ideas at all, but I winged it. I hope you liked it and thanks for all the reads!!! It means so much to me.
