Ymir's party continued as Connie and I stared at each other while standing beside each other. I don't know about him, but it wasn't awkward at all.

"S-Sasha... I need to get this off of my chest..." Connie sighed, finally breaking the silence. I nodded for him to continue, still not ready for spoken words, "I think... I think I like you more than a friend, or a best friend Sash..."

My eyes widened. Do you know that feeling you get when somebody you care deeply about admits their feelings toward you? Or a complete stranger? That's about how I felt right now as my face, and his, began to grow a dark red.

"So..." Connie said, and I realized that I hadn't said anything, "It's cool if you don't feel the same way, I just-"

"Yeah," I simply said, looking into his eyes as he looked into mine.

"H-Huh?" He replied.

"Yeah, I like you too, Connie..." I giggled, punching his shoulder softly.

"N-No, I meant-" Before he could say another word, I cupped his hairless cheeks in my palms and pecked him on the lips, giving him no time to kiss back before I pulled away.

"O-Oh..." Connie chuckled a little, smiling, "I... I don't know what to say."

"Of course, you never do!" I laughed as he glared at me, "Let me do the talking," I cleared my throat, getting on one knee below him, "Connie... Will you make me the happiest potato in the world and be my boyfriend?"

I smiled more once I realized that we had gained the attention of everyone around us, and Connie laughed, "Why of course, my cheerful potato, that would make me the happiest Pringle on Earth."

I laughed, wrapping my arms around him as he did the same to me.

I let go of Sasha and smiled, "So... That means you're my girlfriend?" I smirked.

"NO! You will not address me like that! I am your potato wedge!" Sasha crossed her arms and poked out her lower lip, which made me chuckle.

"Okay, and what will make my little potato wedge happy right now?" I asked, snaking my arm around her waist.

"If you went to go fetch me my potato. Shoo!" Sasha laughed, leaning against the wall with her arms crossed.

"Fine," I fake grumbled, stomping away like a grumpy toddler.

"Oh, you know you love me!" Sasha called off, as I smiled.

You're right, I do, and I always will my little Potato Wedge~
