I looked up and I saw Levi grooming his horse. I furrowed my brows "of course I would my horse is my baby" Levi looked at me and scoffed "oh yea last time I checked woman don't give birth to horses" I rolled my eyes. "And last time I checked men weren't so short" maybe I shouldn't have said that last part because Levi yelled at me "your shorter than I am"!!! "Sooo my short is a cute short yours is a funny short". You Know what maybe I'll shut up " well I'd love to stay and chat but I really must be going" I got on my horse and rode away not before yelling behind me "asta la vista shorty" I could feel his glare in the back of my head. I love messing with him ok maybe not just messing with him everything about him his eyes, his hair, his cleaning problem, his everything! But I'm pretty sure he doesn't feel the same he probably loves Petra I mean why would he love someone like me. I was interrupted by a very excited Hanji. Crap I hadn't even realized I was already here "hehe sorry Hanji I was lost in thought" she raised an eyebrow then smirked "ooooo you were thinking about shorty again weren't you" I looked up at her I could feel my face getting warm "whaaat Psh no I was just ok yes" I lowered my head to hide my blushing face. She giggled "now is not the time to be thinking about corporal shorty (Y/N)" I nodded and grabbed midnight by the reigns and pulled him towards the beast. I let go of him when he was close enough but the Titan didn't notice him. "Midnight gallop in front of it". "Him" Hanji corrected me I rolled my eyes "fine midnight gallop in front of HIM". Midnight began to gallop in front of him but nothing I looked over at Hanji and she looked at me "alright (Y/N) try riding midnight in front of our test subject please" I nodded I whistled and midnight came trotting along. "Let's go boy" I got on his back and we went in front of the Titan apparently we attracted a crowed Erwin and Levi sitting front and center Levi with his usual monotone expression and Erwin with an encouraging smile. We started to move around and it noticed us me and the thing locked eyes and it moved to take a giant chomp out of us midnight was quick and moved out of the way. Hanji seemed excited and quickly wrote on her clipboard. "Alright perfect now
(Y/N) I'm going to ask you to stand directly in front of him and don't move no matter what" some people from the crowd were yelling "don't do it" and "that's suicide" I gave them all a reassuring smile "stand down cadets I'll be ok". I quickly marched up to the thing and stood there glaring at it and it seemed to stare back at me "threaten it with your gear but don't kill my Titan" "well what if your damn Titan kills me." I muttered, I took out my swords and nothing changed I swung at it and still nothing. While I was putting my blades back if tried to take a bite out of me. Luckily I did a backflip and landed on my feet. "Really?!?! I mean I know I look tasty but come on" I heard Levi scoff in the background and Erwin just chuckled. "Alright that's enough for today thank you (Y/N)" I glanced at Levi and saw him relived? Probably because humanity's strongest woman lived for the exposition.

Levi's pov:

(Y/N) was standing in front of that monster looking like was getting ready to attack. She waved her blades around but the Titan still did nothing she was putting her blades back when the Titan moved to take a bite she did a backflip and landed gracefully. I heard her say "Really?!?! I mean I know I look tasty but come on" damn right you do I scoffed and heard eyebrows chuckle. I then heard shitty glasses say "Alright that's enough for today thank you
(Y/N)" I was relived humanity's prettiest I mean strongest gets to see another day. Everyone started to head to breakfast I saw (Y/N) going to put midnight back in the stables.

Your pov

We all sat down at our usual table and I was about to take a bite out of my breakfast when a soldier came in yelling "there's a problem with a Titan inside the wall sir" oh sweet mother hubbard just a few days ago when we were outside the walls when colosal Titan struck again and now this?!
"(Y/N) suit up" l gave Levi a real salute this time "yes sir" I suited up and we headed out

~Time skip ~

Apparently the Titan was actually a young soldier named Eren Jaeger people see him as a threat so he has to go on trial they shall make the decision on what happened to him. Right now he's in the dungeon locked in chains on a bed. Me, Levi and, Erwin are standing around well Erwin's sitting but there are two guards off to the side. Eren started to stir around and then he jolted awake Erwin started explaining things to him. I didn't catch what exactly what he was saying but the poor boy look frightened then all of a sudden I heard Levi say " I will make him my and corporal (Y/N)'s responsibility if that's alright with her" I looked at Eren and nodded "yes it's alright with me."
