Well those words were enough to sober me up. I looked at him with my mouth wide open. I mean obviously I fancy him who wouldn't? But I was just so shocked those words came out of his mouth. He asked me on a date, I've never been on a date before what do you even do? Small talk eat food good night kiss probably fall over and embarrass myself?

"Ri? Say something" he looked at me shyly.
"Oh, sorry! I was in Rita land" I awkwardly laugh.
"Of course, yes I will go on a date with you"
He smiles at me. "Good, I was shitting myself then" he let out a relieved laugh. "Why it's not like you asked me to have sex with you" I laugh.
Niall looks at me like I just shit on his couch.
Why did I say, how would I even know what it feels like to have someone ask me for sex? I've never fucking had sex!
"Yeah, haha" Niall awkwardly laughs and looks away. Fuck sake Rita!
"Anyway, what time would you like to go Wednesday?" I try to forget I even said that. I bet he's had sex with a lot of beautiful woman, maybe none that aren't, who cares sex is sex! "Is 7ish okay?" He asks. "Yes perfect."

We fall into silence as we watched the others outside having fun with each other and drinking even more alcohol.

I feel a warm touch on my thigh and I look over at Niall as he smiles at me and looks into my eyes deeply. I couldn't help but find myself blushing and going red, he's such a beautiful man with a beautiful soul.

"You know, from when I met you you're a completely different person" Niall says gently.
I laugh, "well that's what happens when you're around people you don't like" I say.
Niall smiles wide as if he's holding in a laugh, "good point, but I agree Alec is an arsehole" I just laugh, I don't want to talk about this I mean who would?
"Can I just say, what Alec did to you I would never do to you."
I freeze.
