Wake Up

Where?

She woke up in a panic glancing around the room she woke up in. The white room with counter tops and cupboards lining the wall in front of her. 'Where am I?' she thought as she looked around. She took notice of everything in the room and how at first glance you would guess it was a hostpital room. She took a closer look at everything there trying not to move to much as she winced each time, on the counter tops she saw there were vials of odd substances each individually labelled. She was about to try her luck sitting up when she heard the terrifying echoes of footsteps coming down what she assumed to be a hallway. They grew louder and louder as she tried to make herself shrink into the wall. The footsteps stopped outside the door of the room still echoing inside her head. The door slides open and it's as if time froze suddenly a man with warm ocean colored eyes is standing in the door way. She looked at him in fear and flinched when he pulled his hands out of his pockets. "I'm Alik" he said with a warm smile. She looked at him still afraid trying to become one with the wall behind her she didn't realize how close up he had gotten "What's your name?" he said in an overly cheerful voice. She mumbled in a hoarse voice "I-I'm Al-lis-on ."
