Chapter9 : Realize

                  JOKER'S POV

It's been three weeks since I've last seen Harley . She's pissing me off even more than when she was here

I was in my room making plans on how to get her back but I haven't came up with anything good . I decided to just cause some trouble in Gotham city

" Boys get ready ! We are going on a field trip to Gotham " I laughed

We got in the van and drove to the city once we saw a group of police I rolled down the window and started shooting at them

" I hope no one died " I laughed

Then suddenly the car crashed into something . I looked up and saw the one and only batman

" Oh great boys go get him ! "

They all got off and started fighting him but of course they all ended up getting beaten up .

I got off and tried to fight him but he hand cuffed me

" You are going back to Arkham Asylum Joker "

I smiled

Does this guy think I can't find a way out or something ?

              HARLEY'S POV

After the first couple of days Batman helped me a lot . My urges to do something bad stopped and me being crazy well I still hear the voices in my head but other than that I'm okay

After the second week I finally got my job back at Arkham ! I'm not top notch over there anymore though but at least they trust me

I've been in training but I officially have a patient he isn't too bad he's just depressed

As I was about to leave I saw all of the news reporters outside as a bunch of the guards held on to someone I couldn't see who it was .

Then I was stopped by Dr.Arkham who looked upset and sad

" Harleen it's been great to have you back but there is a problem " he said

" What is it ? "

He looked at the guards and there he was . It was him

I suddenly felt anger just seeing his dam face again

                JOKER'S POV

I looked on my right and oh crap . That can't be her that can't be Harley ? She looks like her old self

" Harley ? " I yelled 

The guards pulled me away

" No let me talk to her ! " I tried to fight them but that didn't help

I was brought to my cell in the basement thinking about her . Looking at her reminded me of when I met her how happy she was but she was happier with me . She actually enjoyed life

I decided to stop thinking about her and start thinking of a way to get out of this hell whole

Then I head footsteps

                HARLEY'S POV

I heard him yell about wanting to talk to me and honestly I wanted to talk to him. To properly say goodbye

I sneaked my way downstairs and I unlocked the door and walked in

He looked at me surprised but then a smile appeared on his face . He better not have his hopes high cause I'm not here to help or beg for him

" What did you want to talk to me about Joker ? " I said with a straight face

" Wow you remind me of your old self how serious you were . Remember this place ? "

I knew this was where we first met but I'm not gonna pay attention to all that crazy mess

" No I don't "

His smile dropped now he looked angry

" Do you think that you could just become normal ? Did you think just cause you took off your makeup did your hair and dressed normal people will look at you differently?" He yelled

I looked down trying to ignore his comments

" People will always remember you as a crazy girl ! They will never remember the old you even if you tried to change HARLEY QUINN ! Embrace that name "

I shook my head and got up

" Screw you Joker I'm happier now . What have you ever done for me ? Other than hitting me ! I loved you and you treated me like shit "

" Loved ? "

" I don't love you anymore "

He looked angrier and walked up to me and was about to slap me I closed my eyes but I didn't feel anything

I opened my eyes and saw him put his hand down

" I'm not going to hurt you "

I looked at him

" Goodbye Joker "

I heard him laugh lightly

" It's been a while since you've called me Puddin Harleen "

I was kinda shocked since he didn't call me Harley

" I know " I replied

" It was a pleasure meeting you and having you in my life for a while Harleen Quinzel "

I felt my heart stop and I wanted to cry right there infront of him but I know he wouldn't comfort me

So I straightened myself up and hugged him one last time

" Have a great life and I hope one day you will realize " I whispered in his ear

" Realize what ? "

I pulled him back and walked away

I heard him yelling " Realize what ? " so many times but like he did to me over "my choice" I'll make him wait and figure it out himself like he did to me

A/N : Was this a good chapter ?
Ugh I'm not gonna go to class tomorrow I'll just go Friday cause I still haven't done a lot of hw lol
