A Rude Awakening

Chapter 1

  Over the past few weeks I realized that Master would look at Lilly with those eyes he suppose to give his wife. One morning I was teaching Iris about the laundry and how to do it correctly he came and watched us just as he reached for her arm I pulled her back.

"don't you touch her master, touch me for I am more developed than her if you will." I begged.

He smacked me before pulling me close and feeling me up I could feel his excitement through my back.

"you've got yourself a deal lilly"He mumbled in my ear before throwing me back. Iris caught me and I winced as we continued to do the laundry as if nothing had ever happened.

   I had already been beaten three times today for not collecting enough  cotton as I could've any other day. Master carries me around like I'm some prize.

Iris sleeps with all the children in the other cabin. I sometimes sneak her with me when she's scared ; days where I know master doesn't need me.

I was fast asleep it had to be late cause it was dark I was tapped.

I was roughly pulled silently outside to the barn. Master laid me down and forced me inside of him breathing heavily. I. just closed my eyes and waited for the pain to be over I gasped lightly in sync with him.

"Get back to bed Lilly"He growled.

"yes master"I nodded and waited until he left. I patted Gabe and rubbed his snout before walking back to the cabin and falling asleep in my corner. Iris cuddled close to me and hummed me to sleep. I guess she could really hold her own if she wanted too.

"Iris sweetie come along!"Mistress Kate had a high but mellow voice. I quickly lifted Iris up and bowed at her presence.

"Good morning mistress"I nodded.

she looked at me with bitter eyes and a scornful soul. I hung my head low ashamed.
