You had just sung your first solo, much to Rachel's dismay. It was supposed to be her solo, but Mr. Shue thought it was your turn to shine. You were more than extatic. You had just come off the stage, when Rachel came up to you. " Hi Rachel." You say. She pulls a rose from behind her back and hands it to you. " Even though you took my solo, you were still great. I'm sorry for the way I acted." She says. You smile and give her a quick hug. You pull away and say, " Thank you Rachel. That means a lot to me." You then walk off to find Artie. He was waiting by the door with a bouquet of beautiful red roses. He hands them to you. " You sounded great." He says. You smile. " Thanks Artie." You say. He takes your hand. " I'd like to escort you to Breadstix later to celebrate. Would you like to come?" He says. You gasp, your crush was asking you out. " Artie I'd love to." You say. He smiles and places a kiss on your knuckles. He intertwines his fingers with yours and pulls you into his lap. You gasp and wrap your arm around his neck. " Little warning next time." You say. He merely winks and wheels over to the rest of the New Directions.
