Rose-Thorn

Seducing mean was one thing
Killing men was another
But in my opinion
I didn't mind doing either one of those things.

I sat in the highest tree in the park as I was able to over look the chaos before me. The roots of my trees attacking the innocent. Steams of my flowers squeezing the life out of civilians. This was my playground. And I was watching it all unfold before my eyes.

So far everything was going just as planned.and I thought there was absolutely nothing that could possibly go wrong. That was. Until I saw him.

His built frame stood at about six feet. His face didn't have a song hair on it. And speaking of hair his somewhat long black hair was neat however a few strands were out here and there. His dark brown eyes were enough to cause any woman to fall. But not me. I wasn't just any woman.

I watched him as his lasers shot out of his eyes as it then cut one of my vines. I watched it fall to the ground as he moved on to the next one. But that was enough to get me angry.

I made the roots of the nearest tree go right for him. And when they did they picked him up from behind. He wasn't expecting that. All I wanted to do was talk. Is that so hard to ask? I watched as the root slowly moved it way back over to where I was sitting. Our eyes locked as I then smiled. He on the other had was trying to get out of this.

"Nathaniel I really didn't appreciate what you did. My vines weren't harming you" I told him

" but they are harming innocent people. And you know I won't stand for that" he replied

I rolled my eyes as I was unamused. Of course. The typical hero answer.

"I should have known you would say something along those lines. Lucky for you I don't care"

He chuckled as he smiled. And that I didn't like." Well then you're not going to like what I'm about to do"

I gave him a rather confused look before I saw him shoot his lasers at the root of the tree. And sure enough it let him go. He then went over to the tree before he placed both hands on the tree before he ripped it right out of the ground. Now I was livid.

I then jumped down and land on my feet before I turned to him. He looked right at me and smiled. I then slowly made my way over to him and when I did he slowly brought the tree back as if it was a bat. My eyes widen. He wouldn't.

With a smile on his face he then swung the tree like a bat and sure enough it connected with me. This sent me flying. I was expecting to crash into a building but I landed on something soft. I opened my eyes only to  see that I was in  a bush of rose petals. I smiled to myself. My flowers loved me just as much as I loved them.

I got up from the petals and started looking for Nate. who did he think he was. Especially with that little stunt he did.

However I didn't have to look long because from the corner of my eye I saw him.  I turned around  as I sent  one of my vines  to him. It picked him right up before it threw him. I watched his body fly threw the air before it crashed right into a building. I couldn't help but to laugh. That she teach him not to mess with me.

I turned around as I then started walking. Now that I had gotten rid of him I could go back to doing what I was doing before he arrived. And that was causing trouble. Which indeed was something that I loved

However just as I was about to summon a few more of my vines I went flying straight into a building.i went thru numerous walls before I somehow manged to stop. I slowly opened my eyes. There was dust everywhere . The holes in the wake in which I came from. However that wasn't the big problem.

The problem was I couldn't move. There was a piece of a wall jammed in front of me. I was stuck between the two walls. And none of my vines or steams or even roots couldn't even fit in between the two walls.

However it was just my luck that Nate came to check out the damage that he had done. And it was at that moment that we locked eyes. He could tell that I was angry but he could also see that I needed help. So when he walked over to me I could help to feel some relief.

"I should have done this a long time ago " he said with a smile. And this made me more angry

"Just get me out of this"

"Say please "

I gave him a really look,

"C'mon I'm waiting Rose"

Sucking up my pride I inhaled before I sighed.

"Please get me out of this,Nathaniel "

He looked at me with a smile but then said "if I do you have to stop this"

I sighed again as I looked at him. On the outside my stare was cold as I wanted to kill him. Yet on the inside I couldn't help but think how handsome he was. How his brown eyes looked into my green ones. That charming smile of his.

"Alright, I'll stop"

And with those words I watched him turn his attention to the all that was crushing me. He picked it up with ease before he tossed it as if it was nothing. He turned back to me. I looked at him before my steams were able to come up. I turned my attention to my steams before I looked back at him. He gave some a small smile. And it was then that realized

Maybe I was like every other woman
