I am still in the darkness, with no sense of time. Hoshimi has not showed up since the whole...eyes showing up thing. I wonder why Sasuke didn't show up here like Itachi did, when he died. Like did Itachi set it up like that...I wonder, or maybe Sasuke just wasn't...dead long enough.

Sasuke and the gang ran/jumped out of a forest into a clearing, to see a all building ahead

"That's a pretty impressive structure for such a remote place." Suigetsu spoke.

"I don't sense any ninja chakra at all in this region." Karin spoke.

"No, we're headed for Hidden Leaf Village. We don't have time to make stops." Sasuke spoke.

"Sasuke...how was (y/n) when you saw her?" Suigetsu asked.

'I looked at him from the corner of my eye. Those two did grow pretty close when she was with us, but if I answer him...' Sasuke thought.

"She was fine. Unharmed...stay focused on the mission." Sasuke answered.

~Time Skip~

Team Taka was once again jumping from tree to tree in a forest. When Madara appeared on a branch above and ahead of them.

"Hey Sasuke." Madara spoke.

"Aw man...Bad timing." Suigetsu spoke.

"How did you know where to find me?" Sasuke asked.

"Don't underestimate me. I have considerable powers." Madara spoke.

"So what do you want with me now? Taka left the Akatsuki. We're done with you." Sasuke asked.

"As it stands, you reneged on your promise to me." Madara spoke.

"What are you talking about?" Sasuke asked as the team stood from their landing position.

"I'm talking about hunting the Tailed Beast." Madara spoke.

"We already caught the Eight-Tails and delivered it to you." Karin spoke.

"That was just a substitution. In other words, you guys failed...The eight-tails pulled a fast one on you...Frankly I'm disappointed in you all." Madara spoke.

"So what are you going to do? It's none of our business now." Suigetsu.

"Wrong. You will finish whatever work you started as members of the Akatsuki. Having said that, you can forget about the Eight-tails. I have decided to give you a different task." Madara spoke.

"And if I refuse" Sasuke asked.

"We'll fight it out right here. And you won't be able to go to Hidden Leaf Village." Madara answered.

Sasuke activated Chidori and yelled "We'll force our way through!"

Sasuke charged at Madara with the Chidori, but as it should have hit Madara it went right through him...as did Sasuke.

" It's a little too late to go to the Hidden leaf. your purpose is fruitless. Too bad." Madara spoke.

"What do you mean?" Sasuke asked.

"The Village Hidden in the Leaves is no more." Madara answered.

Team Taka were all shocked by the news.

"What are you saying?" Karin asked.

That is when a green plant. Like a venus flytrap started to appear from the branch that Madara is standing on. And it was talking.
