I woke up on a Monday morning, the smell of bacon and eggs overwhelms the house. I scrambled up out of bed and got ready for school.

"Hurry up honey! You're gonna be late for school!" My mother said as she packed up two lunch bags, "okay mom, be down in a bit." I raced my little sister down the stairs to see who would make it to the kitchen first, she won this time. Little cheater, I said to myself while giggling. We would always compete with each other, no matter what we did.

"Love you mom, see ya when we get home!" My sister said, "alright mom don't forget to sign my permission slip please," my mom kisses my cheeks. "Okay sweetie, good luck on that math test." I wave good-bye as I walked out the door.

-1st Class-

I sat in the first row next to the window, I liked the view. I can see the front gate of the school. The gate had floral like details on the outter railing of the gate, and the inner railing had patterns engraved in it. The schools walls had murals on them, they were school related paintings. But one specific thing that I liked about this view, is that I can see Monica.

She had gym class and I could see the football field, every inch of the field was in my sight, I'd daydream sometimes about us having to get married and had kids. But she was one with the popular crowds, I always kept to myself. But I did have a few friends, and they too were "popular" in a way. One in which is a childhood friend of mine, George, who was sitting behind me. Me and George known each other since grade school, but unlike me, he never gotten good grades.

"Aye Tim, whatcha you doing, huh?" George said sarcastically. He knew what I was doing, I was daydreaming about a girl out of my league. "I was uuhh.. I was just thinking about what to invent for the convention." I said trying to cover up the fact of what I was really doing. "Mhhm suuure buddy," George whispered in my ears.

"Would you like to share your conversation with the class you two?" Mrs, Taylor said as she walked up to us. "Uuuh.. No Ms. Taylor.. I'm sorry for interrupting," George said. "It won't happen again." "Ok George, one more peep out of you and you'll stay after class." "Yes ma'am," he said.

-End of Class (in the hallway)-

"Timothy James," I heard a familiar voice creeping up to me, "Timothy James is that you?" I turned around and saw that it was Monica, I straightened myself and fixed my shirt, "oooh, hi Monica," I smiled and gave her a hug. She smelled like freshly blossomed flowers. "Hey Tim, Can you walk me to my next  class? I don't like to walk by myself," "sure thing." Monica grabbed my arm and walked towards her next class which was in the next building, I turned around to see George and Jonathan (another friend of mine) pointing at us and whistled, "they grow up so fast." Jonathan said playfully. I chuckled, screw you guys.

We reached the bridge that connected both buildings, and she stopped in the middle of the bridge and leaned over the ledge, and looked at the view. The football field and other buildings opposite of us. But only the upperclassmen had classes in those buildings. You can see the garden, beautiful. Different flowers and trees were planted upon the garden. A small bench to sit-down on and read.

"It looks wonderful, I love this school so much." Monica smiled and looked at the garden. "Hey Tim? I heard you were going to the Community Convention this Summer, it sounds like fun." "It is, I just don't know what to do for my entry. With all this school work I can barely think about it." I walked towards her classroom, she caught up next to me and walked alongside. "Thanks for walking me to class, what are you doing at nutrition?" She stopped at the doorway and turned around with a curious face. "I don't know.. Maybe I might just draw or something." "Do you wanna hangout? I don't mind," "uuuh.. Su-sure.. Okay!" "Alright, come back here ok?" "Alright." I said happily.
