Running Adventure

Excitement filling the air
Smiles and laughter everywhere
Hopeful glares and gays
Ready to run by the bay

Starting the events, shouts were loudly heard
Deafening sound maximizes althroughout
Twists, turns, every obstacle is shown surprisingly
Selfies down after every place is passed

Water stations situated at every corner
Refreshing drink fills everyone's body
Trees surround a small yet productive town
Cold air skimming the soft yet velvety skin

Trying to surpass one another by a friendly match
Suprises are at every conversation
Almost uttering a word before friends
Unending laughter follows the noise

Awkwardness in meeting a new acquaintance
Comfortable after a few minutes
Reaching the finish line, everyone was delighted
Warm pandesal and water, a great combo of breakfast food
