"It was just perfect, and he was such a gentleman, me and him are meant to be together, it's just fate." Angie kept going on and on about her date with Evan, apparently it was the best day of her entire life.

"I'm happy for you, really, but can we please just go to sleep now?" I was beginning to regret asking Angie, if I could stay over her house, it was midnight and she wouldn't even let me shut my eyes.

"Every time I close my eyes, I just see his face, it's impossible to go to sleep." She murmured, she stared up at the ceiling, as if she could see something I couldn't.

"Besides, why are we sleeping anyway? It's friday night!" She jumped out of her bed, and grabbed her hairbrush laying on the dressing table and used it as a fake microphone.

"It's Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday,

Everybody's looking forward to the weekend, weekend.

Friday, Friday getting down on friday, everyone's looking forward to the weekend.

Partying, partying yeah!"

She sang the most annoying song in the world by Rebecca Black, and I started laughing, she was one of the worst singers ever, I hate to admit it, but even worse than Rebecca Black herself, Angie sounded as though she had a duck down her throat.

"Oh come on, don't be a bore, lets have fun." She started jumping up and down, she was like a spoilt little kid, but I was very fond of her either way.

"Fine." I let her drag me downstairs.

"You go find something good to watch on TV and I'll make some microwavable popcorn." She strutted into the kitchen.

I strolled into the living room, and put the TV on.

As soon as I turned the TV on, I saw myself staring back. Well the ten year old version of me.

"Eve Middleton is still no where to be found, the police in England are now on search for her too, but the question on everyone's minds is, are we safe?" The reporter said, she  was definitely  exaggerating.

I felt Angie's arm nudge against mine, she glanced up at the screen, before rolling her eyes and changing the channel.

"Seriously, these people make way too much of a deal of this crap, I mean she was a ten year old girl, and she killed a couple of people, so what? I'm sure she had her reasons." She claimed more to herself then to me.

"But she took the lives of innocent people," I murmured back, I knew my motivations for doing what I had done, but surely Angie didn't, why was she defending me, I mean Eve?

"But how do we know that? We don't know the full story." She explained, she was right I guess, but how comes everyone didn't look at it the way she did.

"Anyway, enough about this, seriously I told you to look for a good movie." She switched channels, until she found My Sister's Keeper on one of them.

"Oh my god, I love this movie, it's so sad, lets watch it." She slumped back onto the coach, and began chomping away on the popcorn.

By the time the movie had finished Angie was fast asleep, I didn't want to disturb her, so I went to bed quickly, and fell into a deep sleep. That night I was too tired to have any nightmares.
