So, because I slept part of the trip, and it was mostly boring, I'm just going to go over the very few, mainly one, important things of what happened.

First thing I did when I stepped into the car is put my head phones in and turn on my old MP3 player. Mom refused to get me a phone or really anything that can get internet or any kind or signal. I have no idea why, just like I don't know why I wasn't just sent on a plane to New York from St. Louis. It was confusing but I'd learned not to go against my mother.

The first, and only, night between leaving home and getting to camp I was sitting in the reception area of the hotel we were staying in when these three really weird teens walked in and asked for a room. The girl was so convincing that I wanted to offer to share my room. One of the boys turned and looked straight at me, as if they were trying to figure something out.

When the desk person said that they were full I stood and waited for the teens to turn away. As soon as they started heading for the door I walked to them, catching them before they got outside.

"Hey, you guys look familiar," I said, mainly because two of them did. "Where are you heading?" I asked, curious.

The boy who was staring earlier took a big breath in through his nose, almost like he was smelling the air. His eyes them widened slightly, the other boy seemed to notice this and pulled out a sword.

"If you kill me you'll be doing me a favor," I said as I spread my arms, leaving my chest open in welcoming.

"Well that's new," The boy who was staring said, then he said something to the other boy in a strange language that I somehow understood a word or two of.

"What's a de-?" I was cut off as I felt the boy's hand on my mouth.

"Okay, you have a room here correct?" The boy asked, I nodded since I couldn't talk. "Okay, we can talk there," He said before letting me go.

"I am not taking you up to my room without knowing your names, I'm suicidal not an idiot," I said lowly so no one else could hear.

"I'm Autumn," Said the girl with a shrug.

"I'm Samuel," Said the boy who had clamped his hand over my mouth.

"I'm Oliver," Said the boy who was still staring at me.

"I'm Melody, if mom asks we're friends okay?" I asked, giving them all a look. After a moment they all nodded and I led them up to my room.

So long story short we all sat and talked, becoming friends pretty quick. When mom found out she asked where they were going and it was evidently the same place as we were going so now we're traveling together.

It's nice to know that where I'm going people are kind, not once have any of them brought up my suicidal tendencies. Thankfully day two was short and we arrived at camp by lunch. Evidently Autumn was from the same school as me but hadn't ever really noticed me. They had been hitch hiking/ walking to camp so there was no telling how much time my way-to-kind mother saved them.

Once at camp the fun really started, I had no idea what to expect but I knew it wasn't going to easily go my way.

A/N: So two things, first I love this book and I will try to keep writing it. It's a good way to release stress and keep a good attitude. Second, yes comments help me get motivation to write, I won't always publish a new chapter right away or answer a comment right away, the main reason for this is because I am in college and college is a lot harder then High School. However I will try to get a chapter out every week or two, if you don't see one comment or PM me.

And for those of you who can relate or find yourself agreeing with how Melody feels, I've been there and I'm always here to talk. Melody's perspective on life, especially in the first two chapters, is how I felt when I was in 7th/8th grade so believe me I can relate.

Till next time my lovely readers! (Should I call you guys wolves?)
