Dream, dream, dream... Keep dreaming. Never let reality in."Ughh..." Yamaguchi groaned, as his alarm clock beeped. He slammed his hand down on it, hoping he had broken it so he doesn't have to hear that cursed beeping anymore. "..mm.." He hummed, sitting up. It was about 7:00am, and the blinding sun shone through the window. Usually, Yamaguchi could handle mornings like this, but lately, it's a daily struggle to even sit up. He didn't know why. He was doing everything the same, but he's felt more and more tired as the days go by. I wonder what the others are doing... He thought. His best bet was that they were getting ready for school, or practicing in the gym. Forcing his aching body out of bed, he grabbed his phone and left for the hallway. It was so quiet, so peaceful.. It was his worst enemy.
Not even bothering to eat, he did everything to get ready, and headed right out the door for school. Skipping meals wasn't always the usual. For a few weeks, breakfast seemed almost like a fantasy now. "Tsukki.. I wonder what he's up to." He mumbled aloud to himself. Tsukki. Tsukki.. He repeated that name. That name, ah, how it was so pleasing. Nothing made him happier than someone saying that name. The name.. It meant so much. Tsukki.. I want you- his whole body froze. ...d..did I really say that just now? He felt that those feelings were impossible to own up to. He couldn't love his best friend, he couldn't. At least, that's what he thought..
"Finally.." He sighed softly as he reaches the gym. He could already hear Kageyama and Hinata arguing over something stupid. As soon as he walked in, his eyes locked on Tsukki. God, his expression... He was staring off.. That gaze.. His glare... I want to see that more. Yamaguchi blushed at the thought. No.. Don't think that. He's your friend. Only your friend... R-Right?
"Oi." He was snapped back into reality. "H-huh??" He turned to look at Tsukki, standing beside him. "You're doing it again." He said flatly. "What do you mean?" Yamaguchi asked, trying not to think. "You stare off with a blank expression. Then when we call you, you don't answer. What's up with that?" Tsukki had no emotion in his voice, but that was normal. "O-oh, heh.. Sorry, Tsukki. I'm just tired." Yama forced a smile. A forced smile? That's new. "Then sleep at an earlier time. Problem solved." How cold, Tsukki...
Yama got straight to practice. Though, everything felt... Weak. Achy... Why was this happening...?
