I woke up to the crime alarm. Going off. At 4 AM.

Worst. Alarm Clock. Ever.

Even though these crime sprees no longer pertain to me anymore, I still want to know what the Team will be doing. I figured I would monitor them and see how they handle things without me.

I groggily walked out of my room just as the others did. We ran to the Ops Room and looked at the screen.

"Plasmus." Robin said.
"Why does he have to eat sewage at 4 in the morning. He should be sleeping." Beast boy said in a dry, tired tone while rubbing his eyes.

"She should be sleeping now all the time BB." Cyborg reminded.
"Oh yeah."

"Titans GO!" Robin yelled. Everybody moved but me.

"Hey Raven you coming?" Beast Boy asked groggily.

"I can't." I answered quietly.

"Why not?" He asked.
"C'mon Beast Boy. I will explain it to everybody when we get back." Robin hurried him. Robin looked at me, nodded, and left. I looked out the window. Star was carrying Robin by the elbows and Cyborg was riding on Beast Boy's back as a pterodactyl.

Plasmus. Out of all of the villains for them to fight, it has to be the one they might just need me most for.

I'm really the only one that can defeat him in a short amount of time. Sigh. I will just watch them then.

Yawn

Or maybe go back to sleep for a few hours. No. I can't. I never can.

I should take a pain reliever. I've had this headache for a while now. Even though I know it won't do much good.

Rage is destroying me from the inside out. I tried reading last night and my head felt like it was going to explode.

I decided to look through my old stuff in the basement instead of watching them. I can always do that on my communicator.

I took the elevator down to the lobby then took the stairs to the basement. I turned on the light and looked for my labeled box.

I found it.

Old books.
Sculls.
Old relics.
Nothing abnormal.

But out of the corner of my eye is saw another box marked with my name, but it wasn't written in my handwriting. My instincts tell me to ignore it, but to be honest, I really want to open it.

I walked over to it and opened the box. All it's got in it is a book with a simple circle on the cover.

I opened it and flipped through the pages. They are all blank. Who makes a blank book? Nobody, because there is something on the page in the exact middle. The Mark of Scath. As soon as I laid my eyes on it a bright red-tinted flash blinded me.

I'm being filled with dark energy. I can feel it. Dark magic, just like Malchior taught me. But this wasn't Malchior. This was my father. I managed to close the book before it finished what it wanted to do.

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" I said weakly. Then it burst unit flames of dark energy and was consumed.

I looked at where the book was.

Then scanned my body. I look totally fine. I feel fine. I don't sense anything. I guess I'll check on the team.

I punched in the code in the keyboard on the main computer and the screen came up with Robin in Plasmus's hand and Star trying to free him. Cyborg is riding around them on Elephant  Beast Boy shooting his laser cannon at him.
