"Where are we going?" He asked, looking out at his surroundings as he followed the stranger to wherever he was taking him.

"It's a surprise. A very well deserved one." He answers back, his face fixed in an concentrated frown.
Like he was thinking too much.

The boy sighed, knowing he would only get riddles for his questions.

You weren't supposed to question the person that saved your life.

But, it didn't feel like he had been totally rescued.

He felt like he was a hostage to some mysterious plan.

The boy glanced at the stranger once, then looked around again.

"A very well deserved surprise, huh?"

The stranger nodded," Yes. I wouldn't blame you for not understanding. But, I need you for this. Please don't ask me any more questions."

The boy frowned," I believe I have just come back from the dead. Of course I have questions."

"Your questions will be answered," The kitty-ear stranger reassured," Soon.."

The boy touched the jagged walls with his raw fingers as the stranger watched him with no expression on his face.

"Do you recognize this place?" He asked.

The boy nodded slowly.

The stranger chuckled," I thought you would."

"I remember this place, just a bit. Did I ever sleep here?"

"You lived here." The stranger answered simply.

The boy nodded," But why?"

"Apparently, you killed off a whole village, your mother kicked you out, and you lived here. I'm just guessing." The stranger said.

The boy smiled, happy he could remember something.

"Yes! Yes, that's it. And, can you tell me how I killed off that village? Not that I'm proud of it."

The stranger sighed," You're a night wolf, kookie. One of the most powerful. It amazes me how you can't remember how horribly you killed them."

The stranger grit his teeth, as the boy stared at him in shock.

"Don't you remember? I was there. I was there when you killed those people that night. I was there when you killed-"
