"Nad come look at this!" I walk to my my friend Isa. We're walking around in a cute little shop in a older part of town that we just found because we were lost.... Again.
"What did you find Isa?" "Just look it so pretty." I look at the object in Isa's hand.
It's a bracelet made of rope and in the midel there's this bronze like metal wavy circle.
"Wow" "I know right, and look they have two. We can use it as a friendship bracelet!"
I take one more look at the beautiful bracelet. Usually I'm more of the reading type and don't wear bracelets but this one looks like it jumped out of a book.
"Sure why not?" I pick up the bracelet and look for a price tag. Nothing. Oh well. "I'm going to ask how much food this is worth" "Why do you always think of food?" I pretend i don't hear her and look around, trying to find the owner of the shop.
I walk towards the cash register and see an old woman sitting behing it. The woman has gray hair and is as thin as a uncooked piece of spaghetti. As for her clothes she's wearing a long pink flower dress with a brown belt and giant dream catcher earrings.
"Hello how may i help you dear?" she asks in a shaky voice. "How much is this bracelet?" I place the bracelet on the counter. "Zero." What is she talking about? I think she saw my puzzled face because she starts talking agian. "Zero dollars for you and your friend over there." Oke I'm officially freaked out. "Thank you" is all I say and leave the shop.
