Chapter 3

BG walks out of his room after making sure Nix was okay and went back to the bonfire. He saw that a lot of people had already left and that tomorrow he would have a mess to clean up. He walked around talking to the ones who were left and as they all started saying goodnight he made his way back up to his room. He wasn't sure what to do since Nix was in his bed and he finally thought screw it and stripped down to his boxer briefs and crawled into his bed.

The next morning Nix wakes up trying to figure out where she is when she feels the effects of last nights drinking full force and jumps out of bed and headed to what she hoped was a bathroom. As she emptied her stomach contents she felt someone pull her hair back and hold it out of her way. She looked up when she was finished after she flushed and saw that it was BG. He asked if she was feeling better and she just nodded. He started walking out of the bathroom and told her where the washcloths and towels were located. Nix finally found her voice and said," BG " he stopped and turned around and she said," thank you"
He walked back to the bathroom and raised his eyebrow and said," what exactly are you thanking me for darlin'?" Nix said," last night" BG said," Darlin what do you mean last night?"
Nix said," well for not letting me be alone, for acting like you give a damn when my own brother doesn't, and for being a gentleman cause most guys would have used the situation to get a piece of ass mine in particular."
BG replied," You're welcome and for the record Knox does care about you but he's always been proud of the fact you could hold your own with anyone. and I have to say yeah there are guys out there like that but not me, what good is bedding a woman if they don't remember the next morning how good you are and just so there is no doubt in your mind when you and I end up sleeping together you will be a willing and active participant. Now do you have a bag in your vehicle that I can get for you while you are in the shower?"
Nix replies," Yeah, back seat black duffle bag and just so you know, I ain't easy and I don't usually get drunk so you have your work cut out for you."
BG laughed," Nothing in life worth anything is easy and I love a challenge."
Nix gets a washcloth ant towel out of the closet and he walks back in with her duffel bag still just in his boxer briefs. She gets her toothbrush out and brushes her teeth while he stands at the door leaned up watching. He said," Are you hungry cause I can fix a mean breakfast.?"
Nix spit and said," yeah I am starving since I didn't eat yesterday breakfast sounds good"
BG walked in and stood behind her," what do you mean you didn't eat yesterday? You drank half a bottle of Jim and were still coherent and not puking till this morning and no headache hangover?"
Nix said," I was driving and I got something to drink when I stopped for gas and stuff but I don't like to try and eat driving. And as far as drinking I have always been able to hold it well. I have had a headache hangover 1 time and I was coherent but once you lay me down in a comfortable place I am gone. I remember our conversation and I know that you kicked that guys ass for hitting me and for that I am thankful and owe you and that isn't something I'm used too." as she looked in the mirror meeting his gaze. He popped her on the butt and said," Get your shower and meet me downstairs and I will have breakfast ready for you."
Nix started the water in the shower and as it heated up she grabbed some clothes out of the duffle bag. She stepped in and the multi shower heads felt so good on her body she groaned. She lathered up her hair and rinsed and then she used her conditioner. While giving that time to work she stood letting the jets work the soreness in her muscles out. She rinsed her hair and lathered her body and shaved all over. She turned the water off and grabbed the towel wrapping it around her and putting one around her hair. She lotioned up and slid on a matching black and hot pink thong and then pulled on her black spandex shorts and a hot pink sports bra that made her girls look great while giving them the support they need and then she pulled on a black Harley tank top. She took her hair down and combed it out before putting it in a braid. She walked downstairs to the kitchen and found BG finishing up the eggs. He told her where the coffee cups were located and she got one and fixed her coffee and hopped up on the island so she had a perfect view of his boxer brief clad ass. Without missing a beat in cooking, BG told her to take a picture it last longer. She laughed and said okay and pulled out her phone and took one. She thought she would be really mean and post to her Twitter account, she cropped the picture so you only saw from the waist down and captioned it "By far the best view I've had in a while"
BG's phone went off and he answered it," Hey man what's up? Yeah I'm cooking breakfast why do you want to know what I'm wearing.?! That is some weird shit coming from another guy. Oookay I will do that. Yeah I will see you later."
BG turned around and said,"Nix tell me you did not post a half naked picture of me on Twitter"
Nix said," I didn't post a half naked picture of you on Twitter"
BG said," Then what do you call this? And hold up his phone to her Twitter post, my brother called me and asked me cause he recognized my kitchen. Can I ask why?"
Nix grinned as she said," cause you told me to take a picture and it is the best damn view I have had in a while BG. I made sure to crop your tattoos so you wouldn't be recognized and I didn't tag you but if it upsets you that much I will delete it."
BG said," I'm not upset that you did it except that I expect your brother to see it and come barreling into my house on a Saturday morning before I have finished my breakfast and want to beat the shit out of me. He's my friend and this is not how I wanted to tell him about us."
Nix replies," there is no us BG and I'm a grown ass woman so i can damn well do what I please without any concern of Knox"
BG said as he placed a hand on the counter on either side of her,"Keep telling yourself that Nix cause we both know there is fire between us and when we get together it is going to be a raging inferno. Now hop down and get your ass to the table so we can eat breakfast."
