Chapter 20

Jerome's POV

I walk up to Mitch's door and stand there hesitant to knock and then I think for a moment about how he loves me and would be happy for me! But then the doubtful side of me chimes in, i says there debating with myself for so long i didn't know the door had opened, but I felt myself being pulled inside "Jerome?" Mitch asks I slowly look up and his expression changes from happy and confused to grim "Mitch..." he doesn't reply and we sit in uncomfortable silence while I think about my next words and once I find them I just say them "I send a application to join the military..." he looked devastated, he collapsed onto the couch and grabbed his head "Y-you really did?" I didn't even have to say anything because the silence told him what he wanted to know "W-why didn't you at least talk to me first..." I shake my head "I thought you would be happy for me!" He looks down and stays quiet for a little bit "I am suppose to feel happy because I am losing the love of my life for god knows how long!" I was about to respond but he continued "What happened if I lose you! What will I do then!" I stayed quiet... "huh? Did you even think how this would effect me?!?" I shook my head now regretting my decision... the silence continued for around a half an hour until I heard a low sound "get out..." I looked to see if it was Mitch who said it and to my surprise it was... "what?" I ask and he just repeats it the same way "Get out" I nod and walk away from him... Heartbroken

Adam's POV

I woke up before Ty and I stayed still for a little bit and observed how we were laying, he was curled up against me and I had my arms around him... as nice as this was we both had to get up. After I woke Ty up I asked him what he wanted to do today and he told me that he just wanted to stay inside so we did.

Unknown POV

I watched as Adam and Ty were talking over breakfast and I thought to myself "Why can't I have something like that?" I ended up thinking longer than I planned but I was snapped out of my thoughts by an angry waiter waiting for me to pay my bill "Some people have things to do" she said very snappy, I shook my head at her deciding to be rude to her "You are most definitely right! People do have things to do, but you must not have anything to do judging by the fact that you have been standing there for the last... 10 minutes?" She flipped her hair and walked away with my money... No tip for her then... I got up and followed Adam and Ty to their house and approached the door and opened it quietly and walked past the living room where they were watching movies with the volume high, the didn't hear me so I walked up the stairs to go to their room and I walked in and found Adam's wallet so I took it and walked away and left

Hello everyone! Sorry for the short chapter but I didn't have any ideas so I decided to WING IT! But you may have noticed that at the end of Jerome's point of view there was a little something for you guys "Heartbroken"
Keep that noted because it is a book that I will be making about Jerome and the war he will be in THIS IS NOT A REAL WAR! THIS WAR IS NOT BASED OFF OF ANY OTHER WAR!
