You wiped the cuts on your boyfriend Leatherhead's arm. You both are mutant alligators though you were much slimmer than he was and had a slightly lighter skin tone. Leatherhead winced as you cleaned. You let out a sigh as you grabbed the bandages to wrap his wounds. "You need to be more careful. I'm worried that your really gonna hurt yourself one time." You said. "I am sorry (Y/N) but the city needs me." Leatherhead said. "I know it's just... I don't wanna lose you." You said looking down. Tears brimmed your (E/C) eyes. Leatherhead lifted your head up so that you were looking at him. "I promise (Y/N), I will never leave you. You are the most important thing in the world to me. I could never put you through that pain." He said as he cupped your cheek with his hand. You let out a small giggle as tears slid down your face. But they were no longer tears of sadness but rather tears of joy. Leatherhead wiped your tears away with his thumb. "I love you." He said as he kissed your cheek. You sniffled and brushed away your tears. "I love you too!" You said with a laugh. You wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him in for a deep loving kiss.
