Friday the 13th (1980)
(Alice: Who are you?)
Pamela Voorhees: Why I'm... I'm Mrs. Voorhees, an old friend of the Christys'. You see, Jason was my son, and today is his birthday... Did you know a young boy drowned the year before those two others were killed? The counselors weren't paying any attention... They were making love while that young boy drowned. His name was Jason. I was working the day that it happened. Preparing meals... here. I was the cook. Jason should've been watched. Every minute. He was - he wasn't a very good swimmer. We can go now, dear. [Turns violent] You let him drown! You never paid any attention. Look what you did to him. [Pulls out a large hunting knife] Look what you did to him! Come, dear. It'll be easier for you than it was for Jason. [High voice] Kill her, Mommy! Kill her! Don't let her get away, Mommy! Don't let her live! [Normal voice] I won't, Jason. I won't! She can't hide; no place to hide. [Seeing Brenda's dead body] Oh, good Lord! So young. So pretty. Oh, what monster could have done this?

(Alice: Bill's out there.)

(Jason Voorhees: [in flashback] Help me! Help! Help, Mommy! Help! Help, Mommy! Mommy, help!
Pamela Voorhees: I am, Jason. I am.)

[from trailer]
Pamela Voorhees: Did you know a young boy drowned here? He was my son. And today, is his birthday.

Pamela Voorhees: Come here. Come here now. You're the last one. I've killed all the others. It'll be easier for you than it was. You need to be punished for what you did to him. You let him drown. Jason was my son. You should have been watching him. Every minute. [Camp Counselor decapitates Pamela. Young Jason approaches the body, picks up a photo-locket] Jason. My special, special boy. They must be punished, Jason. For what they did to you. For what they did to me.  [Young Jason picks up the machete, walks away] Kill for mother. His name was Jason. And today, is his birthday...  Jason... my special, special boy! Kill for Mother...

Freddy vs. Jason (2003)
[In Jason's dream]
Mrs. Pamela Voorhees: [to Jason] Jason, my special, special boy. Do you know what your gift is? No matter what they do to you, you cannot die. You can never die. You've just been sleeping, honey. But now, the time has come to wake up. Mommy has something she wants you to do. I need you to go to Elm Street. The children have been very bad on Elm Street. Rise up, Jason. Your work isn't finished. Hear my voice and live again. Make them remember me, Jason. Make them REMEMBER WHAT FEAR TASTES LIKE.

[After Jason leaves, Mrs. Voorhees morphs into Freddy Krueger]

Freddy Krueger: I've been away from my children for far too long.
