POV: Tess Lee GrayWaking up at 4:00Am i quickly turned off my alarm, and cleared all the data use off my phone. I would leave it here just incase there was a tracker in it from the orphanage. Or while walking out of the woods i could though it somewhere maybe into a creek or something. Grabbing my galaxy backpack i put it around my shoulders and silently stepped towards the door. It was just like the night i was escaping the orphanage, i've already done this before so this should be easy. Opening the door i stepped out and shut the door. Checking down the hall, Peter wasn't awake. Running down the stairs i turned into the kitchen and scanned the room for paper and pen. Spotting another room i had seen before, but i never had gone inside. Walking in i noticed it was a office. Going towards the desk i saw some pens and a notepad. On top of the notepad was a crystal pendent handing from chain of silver. It was beautiful. I wonder who it was for? Picking it up i set it aside. Taking the pen i started my letter to Peter.
Dear Peter,
I'm leaving. Why make it more complicated than it is? I won't be coming back anytime soon, honestly i probably never will. Anyways, don't bother to look for me either. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack. Useless and a waste of time. You won't find me anywhere. I really would love to meet Thomas Sangster, his name sounds so familiar. Yet i cannot go though for to many reasons. If someone every asks about a girl like me, i was never here. Never. Thanks for letting me stay in your lovely home.
goodbye
love, Tess Lee Waters.
