*Karin's POV*
I was currently pacing around in my bedroom. Savannah has been gone for 4 hours. I have tried calling Joey and her but they won't pick up. What's the point of having a phone if no one answers it?!
Where could they be?
I told mom and dad that she was out for her birthday with Joey but they’re starting to get suspicious. Sitting down I decide to call her again.
Joey’s POV
I can hear her ring tone going off. I start to run faster knowing that I’m getting closer.
Why did she react like that?
I mean I know I didn’t tell her that I was dating Hailey but I wanted to see where things would go before I mentioned it to anyone. I could hear her phone right ahead of me now. I pick up my pace and just as I’m about to jump over a fallen oak I notice it. The bright blue phone vibrating around in the dead leaves…without an owner. I quickly grab it and shove it into my pocket.
Oh crap. Where is she? I begin to panic. My pulse starts to race and I can feel the tears stinging my eyes.
“SAVANNAH, WHERE ARE YOU?!” I start running not caring where I go. All I know is that I have to find her…and fast.
